Pretty decent franchise. Staff is usually nice. Place is clean. I probably eat there too much since it's right next to my workplace. But never really had a bad experience other than minor order hiccups.

KFC is a disappointment from what it used to be. Overall the bussiness shows signs of failure and this store franchise is owned by people who refuse to do anything with it. The service is not very good and they are often out of many items. Not to mention the building needs repairs and upgrades.

the food is so so and the prices have gotten to the point better to go somewhere and sit down, not thier fault but it is what it is

Normally we have been happy with this KFC. I asked for a 16 pc meal with 2 potatoes and gravy, corn and Cole slaw. They didn’t have extra crisp, I got 2 Cole slaws and 1 potato and gravy. The chicken was terrible and the outside of the chicken was mushy. I will not be back. It was awful. We spent over $50 for this meal and didn’t get what we asked for. I can get better chicken at a gas station, most likely cheaper.
