Went through the drive through and tried to order breakfast burrito without cheese for the lady to argue with me that they cant take off the cheese when it can be ordered that way. Very upset with the service there.

Literally always a bad experience. The first time they had us pull up, 20 minutes goes by so I go inside and ask for my food. They were pretty annoyed and handed me a COLD bag of food that was obviously sitting there for awhile. This time, we got large fries and they came barely half full. Fries were still cold and seemed old.

Almost every single time that I try to get something at this location something goes wrong. Today it was my ice cream cone. The idea is to get a cone so it will help me stay awake on my trip home. The ice cream was super soft so they served it to me upside down in a cup. How am I going to eat that while driving? You can't. I sat down in a booth. Totally NOT the experience I was after. They offered zero compensation or any consolation prize to make up for it like it was all too much trouble. Yes, I'm making a fuss over a simple cone but this is the vibe that I always get from this store.

Honestly, the food is worth it. I'm not sure about others, but my food was just made and hot. It was absolutely delicious. The workers weren't that enthusiastic, which I can understand, but they looked like they just got out of bed. The fountain machines had a bunch of ice cream around them, but it was avoidable. Still, very much worth it because of the food. I was with my great grandpa, and he's usually picky, but he loved it as well. I recommend heavily.

Ordered a latte and my cup was two thirds full. Cups already carry less than they appear, so I paid full price for half a cup of coffee.
We ordered $50 worth of food. When we went to pick it up the nuggets were cold and didn't taste right, the fries were old, cold, greasy and soggy, the wraps were cold and didn't have the ranch as a ranch wrap. They returned my call and said that if I keep the food over night and bring it back tomorrow between 9am-2pm when the supervisor is in and they would refund me for the food. Doesn't make sense for me to have to dig through my trash to get the old food and take it back to them when they should have made it right in the first place. Do not recommend using the hardy establishment I recommend going the extra to use Ash Flat.

by getting orders rite 7 out of 10 are wrong won't go back every again spend 30 a week because u would not give food that u didn't give in the first place cause I didn't call and let u know that u screwed up order your loss!!!!

I placed an order to go at the counter and order a double hamburger with no onions, medium frozen dr.pepper, small french fries, and #4 mcchicken meal. My double hamburger had extra onion when it wasnt supposed to have any onion, the hamburger patty didnt taste fresh. French fries were hott but old they tasted old. Definitely can tell noone cares about their orders or customers. I recommend driving the extra 20 minutes to Ash Flat.
