Paid $9 for bread basically old worker had an attitude and rushed me got the steak roller quesadilla and there was 3 pieces of meat barely any cheese asked for mild sauce and got 2

Cheap franchisee. Their cost cutting measures put their staff in a bad spot with customers upset about service failures that lay squarely at the door of the franchisee. It's a shame really. They get good staff but higher than normal turn over because they get tired of being yelled at for things out of their control.

My burrito I forefather had like one bite beans and the rest was the wrap it was supposed to have sour cream but no Iām so very mad about this I spent almost $10 to get a $3 burrito delivered and they decide not to put hardly any beans on like this is bad and they never answer the phone. Refund or remake please !!!! šš¤¦š»āāļø

Had no crispy... at 11;20 on a sunday.... had no bic.... had to wait... get home and the original is white in color. Not cooked all the way.. chicken pulled early... 42.00 not happy.. and they won't answer the phone...

I was amazed by the food on the floor. There was a large pc. Of chicken among other food on the floor, in the main walking area they were working the entire time we were there. No one bothered to pick it up or move it out of the way. Other than just a safety issue it was a cleaning issue. It made me think about how clean everything else is. They were not busy it about 3:00.
