June 23rd we waited for 22 minutes to get some drinks. We pushed the button again to ask and the girl said she forgot to scan it and it was coming. After ten minutes we left. That’s just ridiculous. They weren’t even busy.

We went there Saturday morning around 10 AM or a little before on May 31, 2025 and my husband was on his 2nd to last bite of his breakfast burrito and he ended up with a BAND-AID IN HIS MOUTH!!!!! He called and complained and all they had to offer was a gift card!!!! He went to have blood work this morning and has to go back in 6 weeks then in 6 months to make sure he didn't catch anything!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! We are waiting to hear from corporate now. We will never go to sonic anywhere ever again. That is so nasty and unsanitary not using gloves.

Just ordered at Harrisburg Sonic. Was given no ketchup and no groovy sauce with order and I know that you are suppose to get one of each with an order. Also the fries are very limp and greasy. They are not cooked right. If we hadn’t been in a hurry I would of complained. Not impressed
pull in there all their front ques are all for mobile orders well I don't do apps can't do apps and have spent a lot of money there but I won't go back

Payed extra for bacon and got one little piece. One of the drinks was wrong, and the tots were so overcooked, and hard, with no tater left inside. I wouldn’t be leaving such a horrendous review if this didn’t happen so often at this exact sonic location.

I mean sonic is sonic but the staff here never brings the condiments you ask for, even the marinara for the mozzarella sticks that is supposed to come with the sticks. I always make sure I ask for it and more than 1/2 the time it’s not there. It sucks because sometimes I don’t realize until I’ve driven twenty minutes home.
