Slowest 7 brew I have been to. I have literally been in line for 30 minutes. Just trying to get some caffeine for this 10 hour drive

I like this location and the drinks I get there but… I just learned 7Brew will not have eggnog this year so I will be spending most of my latte budget elsewhere in December.

This is the second time I’ve been through and both times I ordered the same thing, and both times neither of my syrup flavors were in my coffee. That’s disappointing.

We love Seven Brew, but the Harrison location choice of music is not hype nor complimentary. The vulgar language in the rap music makes it uncomfortable to pull in with my children. Talking about selling drugs, women parts, cussing, and killing. I already have a hard time listening, but we may have to choose to do without this location. Considering over 70% of your customer base is over 35 with kids maybe you should reconsider your message.

Love this 7 Brew, the employees are alw ays so friendly and always have my coffee fixed so quickly, I highly recommend this one to all my friends ❤️
They messed up my payment and gave me the wrong drink. I'm not from Harrison, but a regular 7 Brew customer. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any 7 Brew. I would not recommend this location.

I've debated about posting this but maybe it'll help bring attention to some things. Their sugar free options are awesome and the people are pretty nice. But I've only went there maybe 10 times and there was a bug in my drink twice.... The first time I was so grossed out I didn't go back for a while and wasn't 100% sure it didn't crawl in on my way home so I eventually got over it but the second time the coffee had a gnat in it and I had the drink still in my hand maybe 2 minutes after given to me when I noticed... I understand things happen but I'm hoping that things will be a little more in check because I really love the coffee there. I also want to mention that I've pulled up a few times and all of the workers were sitting under the tent on their phones and one person drove right up to where you get your coffee without being helped. I really don't care about people on their phones but it was all of them and no one was paying attention and me and my mom sat for a bit before they came up to take our order. I'm going to continue to come here and I hope I can add more stars in the future.

At 9:30 pm 9/4/25 young man wearing a blue boonie cover took 20 minutes to take the orders in the line both in front of and behind myself because he was giving free drinks to his friends and vaping while he was working. He’s also the only one working. Honestly get it together highly unprofessional and not the 7 brew way.
