We were seated, sat down for 10 minutes and waited and nobody ever came to our table. We watched people walk in, get seated and have their orders taken. Never had a server come near us so we could even ask for drinks. Very disappointing, the place wasn’t even very busy.

We stopped here on our way to Branson, about 20 minutes from the Natural Science Museum. The restaurant has a fun, casual vibe with sports memorabilia covering the walls and TVs throughout so you can catch a game while you eat. The seating arrangements are cute, and at 11 a.m. the service was excellent—friendly and fast.
The inside was very cold, which actually felt refreshing after stepping in from the 80° heat. The bathroom was clean, though dated with cracks in the floor.
We ordered at 11:10 a.m.—an appetizer, entrees, and a kids’ meal. The appetizer arrived by 11:19 and the rest of the food by 11:22, which was impressively quick. The kids’ meals are a great deal at $5.99, though the kids’ nachos were literally just chips and cheese dip. The food was fresh and hot, but overall lacked seasoning and flavor (we’re used to Louisiana food, so maybe we’re spoiled there!).
Overall, great stop for families with fast service, clean environment, and fair prices. Just don’t expect bold flavors.

My family of 4 went to try this place for the first time last weekend, we were sat quickly as they were not very busy. The waitress in our section walked by us several times running drinks and checking on tables but never stopped at ours to introduce herself or ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. After about 15-20mins we left. Needless to say we wont be back anytime soon.

Buckets is a nice looking sports bar and our service was really good. My friends burger and tots looked amazing. I had the bone in wings, and I found them pretty average. I would go back and try one of their burgers, but for me, would not do the wings again.

When traveling from Fayetteville to West Plains Mo. we always find ourselves stopping at Buckets in Harrison Ar. The staff is always amazing and so personable and the food is delicious. It’s definitely worth the drive. The Mt. Home location could learn a lot from the Harrison location.
