2 out of 3 burgers were prepared wrong. They did make it right when we told them. It was right on the receipt, so that means it was the kitchen that messed up.

I always forget how big a Whopper is, the food and service are good but the drive through line can wrap all the way around the parking lot during the lunch rush so it can be hard to get in & out fast.

Out of all the times we have tried food here this morning was excellent. Not the usual cold dirty out taste. Buns are usually hard. Hot fresh food. Fryer oil must have been clean. The tater crowns were hot and didn't have a dirty oil taste. A+ job today. So I thought it was worth the mention

Redeemed food off the rewards and ordered a whopper Jr. Tried the fiery strawberry Sprite. Not bad. Different. You get that tang in the back of your throat. Not spicy but a little kick!
They were out of their sausage egg cheese biscuits. They only had three available during breakfast time. Pretty disappointed in that! Oh and I was needing six of them.

Look at the fries and the onion rings behind the counter before you order... They sit in a bin with no heat lamp over them.. many times they are ice cold and they get an attitude if you ask for fresh ones. You can only get ketchup in little packets.. so if you're a ketchup lover you spend half your time trying to get enough to eat with your meal. If Tea is your choice of drink you will spend half your time waiting for a refill because they do not put the tea out front like all the other drinks, you have to ask each time you want a refill and if they're busy with customers you just have to wait.
