Colton's Steak House & Grill

My family enjoys going to Colton’s for the exceptional server experience. Gabriel is by far the most personable and friendly server. He is knowledgeable on the menu and offers wonderful meal suggestions. Gabriel and the blackened salmon keep me coming back. He deserves big kudos!

I and my family go to Colton‘s often the service here is impeccable, our waiter. Gabriel was very attentive to our every need and was one of the most hospitable and knowledgeable of anyone we have had. Management material if you want my opinion.

Very good service on my visit as of late (1/30) Patrick was an amazing server! Attending to my needs at a timely rate. Food was also awesome! Also saw the new bar, which looks great.

I actually have a mixed review as we had eaten here on Saturday Nov 8th and had great service and perfect food. This prompted us to return Sunday Nov 16th. What a sad mistake. My husband and i both ordered the sirloin steak tips (as we did previously) only this time they were over done (which is better than undercooked i guess) so were kinda chewy. There were basically NO peppers and onions except a few stranglers that happened to make it in there. My husbands baked potato arrived with sour cream and NO butter. My side of mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots wasn't even cooked. The whole meal was just a complete disappointment. Will never return again after that experience. I'll also point out we had not been to this location in years because of a previous awful experience. We were trying to give them another chance. No more.

Harrison AR location. We visited Saturday evening. I ordered a plate that included one side. Waitress said it comes with 2. I pointed out it said one but she said you get 2 so I said I’ll take a salad then. Husband ordered and she said you get 2 so he ordered 2. Country fried steak with a choice of white gravy or mushroom brown gravy. He ordered the later. When it came there was white gravy on the steak and a thing of mushroom gravy on the side. You can’t exactly mix the 2 but he didn’t say anything, he just ate it with the white gravy. Bill came and after he gave them his card noticed they charged us for the salad and the mushroom gravy. Called the waitress over and said you are the one that said it comes with 2 sides and the mushroom gravy was the choice of gravy (husband only got one of his sides) She came back a little later all apologetic and said the manager didn’t have time to fix it but she would issue us a credit later. Well here we are 3 days later and that credit has never appeared.

Was seated with a new server who did not properly greet her self, and was looking around for help but fumbled through it. I ordered a Sirloin, Salad, and Soup. I asked for a straw and honey for the rolls and neither were brought to m. My salad and soup arrived with my entree. The soup was like warm at best. The manager on duty attempted to make it up by taking a few dollars off, bringing me a straw, and honey, and getting me another soup but by this point the damage was done. Will probably not return to this location

Energetic and friendly server made up for the poor quality of steaks. Group of 10 were handled well by a single waitress, but unfortunately, most of the steaks were either too fatty, too tough, or full of grizzle. They did help us celebrate a birthday, which was nice offering free ice cream for the birthday individual
