Someone left a menu and coupon on our hotel door so we decided to check it out. This place was great. We had a good filling meal after a long day of hiking. It seems like a popular local spot as several of the patrons knew eachother. And the steaks and food was

Always a good experience here. One of the best Colton's in Arkansas. Our steak was perfectly cooked and a really nice cut. They don't have draft beer, but other than that everything is a 5 star

Dined there last night. Food was cold I preferred not to send back (we all know that's never a good thing) Waitress stood at head of table and had us all pass the plates and meals to the others as well as waters/tea JOY now they got EVERYONE fingers all over the plate!! Atmosphere was cold (they had a fireplace having that lit may have helped but overall it was blah! )

The pork chops were not as good as usual but still good. The music is loud. We asked to sit in a corner so it wouldn`t be quite as loud there. Good service.

We tried to eat at this Colton’s last night, They have a major problem. It took an hour for what we ordered, it arrived at the table cold, we sent it back being told that fresh hot food would be right out. It did not show. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we gave up and left. Every few were in the restaurant when we left. We were given the reason, kitchen. We have eat at other Colton’s, those had a manger that walked around, to know what was going on. We will not go back to this restaurant.

We were craving steak and being new to the area we decided to drive the 30 minutes to try a new steakhouse and were we disappointed. Server was attentive drinks stayed filled, it took over an hour to get our food our server said the cooks burnt it and had to remake it. When it came out the steak that we ordered medium was well well done and looked like a steak you could buy at a gas station for 5.99. Sent it back 20 minutes later the new steak arrived just as bad. The ribs were not fall off the bone they were tough and chewy, the cat fish well I don't even know how to explain that. None of the food was ate. We eat out often probably 9 times a week lunches and dinners. I never complain or make reviews because I understand things happen. But when every item ordered was not oknto eat there's a problem in the kitchen. Maybe a new kitchen manager because the one that's there isn't working out. And I'll add that they were mediocre busy nothing overwhelming. But the server and the tea was good.

First, let me say the service was great. Our waitress did an excellent job. The problem is the cook(s )and the food itself. We ordered the catfish and a blooming onion as an appetizer. Our sides were sweet potato and a baked potato. The onion came our charred and with thick coating, really thick! The onion inside was completely RAW. It was not edible. We sent it back and received one that was properly cooked. However, it arrived later in the meal, so it wasn't eaten. The catfish they call filets could be more accurately described as "curls" and about as big around as your thumb and about that long. Heavily coated wirh batter and salty seasonings. It was hard to find some catfish inside. Way over cooked and wasn't hot at all. The baked potato was cold, butter wouldn't melt and it was halfway done. Hard as a rock. I dont know what recipe they use for coleslaw and some may like it, but we didn't. It has apples or something in it. We were there midday and maybe the cook was a stand in, but very disappointing. Most of the food was not eaten. The bill was 60.00 and I have to tell you, I don't mind spending that for good food once in awhile, but it was below mediocre at best. I won't be going back. Harrison needs a decent restaurant for sure. The choices are slim and most are disappointing.

Took at least 10 minutes for server to notice we were sat and to take our drink order. No bar drinks were ordered and she took another 15 minutes at least to bring our drinks to us. Food was ordered with drinks. Steaks were over cooked on medium wells (very tough to cut) under cooked on medium rare (couldn't chew or cut) our server only had 2 tables when we were there and I could hear the other table was missing items. They were still saying they hadn't received their salad and side after entrees had been ate (it was mentioned numerous times to 2 different servers)
