I used the app to order my food, waited 30 minutes when the store wasn’t busy, and had enough of waiting, so I went to ask to get my food, and they gave it to me and told me in a snarky tone that I needed to tell them I was here to get the order. What is the point of the mobile app telling me when my order is ready, then? There was clearly a designated mobile order pickup station as well. My food was cold, and the patty was undercooked. The store was clean and well kept, though. Overall not a good experience.

Welcome to Harrison! We ordered and at 9:30 they busily started trying to chase us out. The cleaners came out and loudly started cleaning with what smelled like gas. We became lightheaded and had to leave. Seems like a safety violation. Do not recommend

This is one of the most disorganized DQ's that I have ever eaten at. They are taking orders left and right. The food is piling up on the counter getting cold. We'll everything but the ice cream. They don't have anyone running food out at all. I am about to cancel my order and walk out.
