So I made an online order for the first time I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and stuffed cheesy bread, get to the window and i tell the girl I’m using tap to pay, she proceeded to take my phone in the building and do it in there which is fine I know they have to do that. Everything was fine she handed us our food, she was super sweet, and we drove off. About 10 minutes later I get a phone call from a random number and usually I don’t answer but thank god I did it was the girl from dominos and she told me my payment didn’t go thru and I needed to come back and pay for it so I immediately check my bank account and I didn’t even see a transaction so we head on back and pay for it. Again everything was fine the girl was apologizing and it was a very simple mistake. And to top it off I get home, mind you I’m currently staying in lead hill about 25 minutes out of town, and went to get a piece of pizza and it’s not even the right one! I just paid $20 for a pizza that wasn’t even made right. I could actually cry right now bro.

I have always loved dominos pizza for their excellent quality and gluten free options, but tonight my delivery driver Merline went above and beyond! She was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a delivery driver in my life! She followed the instructions I left for her and was so very kind the entire transaction! Thank you Merline!

The pizza and wings are really good at this location. The staff strives to make sure everything is cooked to your order. They have always been awesome about correcting it if something is wrong. The Management staff are really great and responsive at this location. The managers and staff really seem to take pride in their store. If you have a bad experience here and don’t reach out to them, that’s on you.

I just got the nastiest pizza ever from this domino's in harrison ar. I forced the first piece down but the second piece made me feel sick and I couldn't finish it. Like what did i just pay $16 for? It was cold when I picked it up too and the only way that would have been possible was if they gave me an already cooked pizza. I will not be back at this location.
