The food was decent. The customer service was terrible. The GM was complaining that she’s over worked, saw her get rude with her crew. Saw her go outside and smoke marijuauna and take a shot of fire ball. Didn’t know this is what dominos was about. Thought they were more professional than that. She really needs to get her stuff together and not bring her problems to work. The rest of the staff was fantastic. Friendly. Helpful. Even while dealing with such a mean spirited person.

Everything at this Italian restaurant was truly exceptional. You can taste the difference in every bite, as all the food is made in-house, including the fresh pasta and every single sauce. The flavors are rich and authentic, just like a traditional Italian kitchen. The pizza was delicious. The worker didn't see us at first and then was very apologetic to my husband and I. We picked up 3 pizzas, 2 Cheesey Bread Sticks, and 1 Breadsticks.

The food was correct, but it's so dang hot in there....I have no idea they keep their cheese from melting, I used to work a papa John's, and they constantly monitored our temperature i hope they fix it, because I was waiting in the lobby and i decided to wait in the car just because I couldn't take the heat

We ordered the exact same pizza as we do in Independence, MO. and the one in Harrison Ar. Cost double as it does in Independence and said the order does not qualify for any reward points. I'm very disappointed.

So I made an online order for the first time I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and stuffed cheesy bread, get to the window and i tell the girl I’m using tap to pay, she proceeded to take my phone in the building and do it in there which is fine I know they have to do that. Everything was fine she handed us our food, she was super sweet, and we drove off. About 10 minutes later I get a phone call from a random number and usually I don’t answer but thank god I did it was the girl from dominos and she told me my payment didn’t go thru and I needed to come back and pay for it so I immediately check my bank account and I didn’t even see a transaction so we head on back and pay for it. Again everything was fine the girl was apologizing and it was a very simple mistake. And to top it off I get home, mind you I’m currently staying in lead hill about 25 minutes out of town, and went to get a piece of pizza and it’s not even the right one! I just paid $20 for a pizza that wasn’t even made right. I could actually cry right now bro.
