Part of order was missing, went through drive thru again since inside was closed, we asked munchkin bites, they put 2 donut holes in bag and charged 1.20$, for 2 dinky donut holes. Any other place you get 12 holes for 1.20$. Sign is misconcieving. Coffee did not taste fresh, more like tar. Croissant had cold egg inside warm bun.

Great experience. The workers were friendly. The worker proactively made remade our order when he noticed it was made wrong. I don't think we would have even noticed but he went above and beyond to make sure we had the right drink.

Got a hot coffee and some hash browns coffee didn't have enough cream and sugar and hash browns weren't done while the hash browns cooked the girl twiddled in her hair instead of making my coffee when the hash browns are done she handed them to me and then went and made my coffee

It's always very clean and well taken care of and most of the employees are nice. Sometimes the music seems a little loud but at least it's a good vibe.

Like most businesses in Harrison this one is not quite up to par as others in other cities. Being a franchise, the owners have to rely on local talent to be their employees. As in any business in Harrison, that’s where the problems begin. It takes forever, and I mean forever to get a simple coffee in this place. Even when it’s not crowded. It takes forever. I have been here within 30 minutes of their opening in the morning when there’s no other cars or customers sight you order a coffee you pull through the drive-through And they tell you three minutes later oh I’m sorry we have to brew new coffee . When you asked for sweetener and I like a lot of sweetener, they’ll give you two or three packets and say you should probably taste the coffee before you add sweetener to it. I say, honey I am 60 years old been drinking coffee logger than you’ve been wearing clothes. If I ask for ten sweeteners, then you should give me ten sweeteners not advice on how sweet I should drink my coffee or not. But this is Harrison - meaning not motivated people. These are not ambitious people. These are not people who are interesting or alive with the zest of life. Harrison at least has a Dunkin’ Donuts, sort of.

I would go to this location every day but after this not any more.
I asked for my drink with flavoring and at first I got none
Went back to ask to remake it and they gave me 10x more flavor than I asked for.
Like a personal attack.
Just milk and syrup in a cup.
I am so offended and disgusted.
Piss poor customer service.
Lady at the window also didn’t have a uniform and looked unclean. I also used to work there for like a week so I KNOW they are not sanitary
