Lobby closed due to staffing, got order wrong twice and had to hand back in window. Very rude. Never ended up getting the right coffees. Bagel was “lightly toasted” to almost blackened. 3rd bad experience in a row. Done with Dunkins in Harrison for sure.

It's 2:30 in the afternoon and they have no donuts. The service here is slow in the morning. Have ordered a breakfast sandwich only once, it was undercooked. Coming from New York I can tell you it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to get a cup of coffee and a doughnut. Typically, I go to McDonald's, cup of coffee cost half as much what's faster service getting through the drive-thru

I bought a Wake up Wrap and large black coffee because you don't offer flavored creamer 😡
I got my sandwich and you give me 1/2 a piece of sausage and 1/2 an egg white in this wrap???
Waste of money, fake processed cheese too.

Doughnuts were good but didn’t have very big selection. We bought 3 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown, the sandwich’s were not good we ended up throwing them all away and the hasbrowns were soggy and only had about 6 of them in the bag. Our experience was not good would not recommend. The lobby was closed as well seemed very under staffed. The young lady who took our order seemed nice but seemed overwhelmed.

Web site said they had decaf cold coffee , so drove to town and was told that they didn't have , wasted trip .

Took the Wife to have a donut and an ice coffee, but the lobby closed due to an employee working in the freezer, so the sign on the door directed us to the drive through. So once in the drive through I ordered the two coffees, and of course none of their donuts are listed. So normally I would look in the cases and decide what look good and choose something, but I was stuck in the drive through listening to the girl on the other end rattle off 10 or 15 things they had, by the time she got to end I had forgotten the first 10, so she listed boverian cream, so I ordered the wife one with chocolate and decided not to ask her to repeat the list for mine... So when all was said and done, the two coffees and one donuts came to $15.00. So I drove up the street to Walmart and picked 6 cinnamon rolls for $4.00.
