Jamie and his crew showed up right on time, placed everything, and were ready for service in a very timely manner! They were very friendly and were willing to do whatever to make our daughter's wedding dinner wonderful! Best part the food was absolutely delicious!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Jamie Akers and his team. WOW! They catered our daughter's wedding reception, including the cake, at Ponca Creek Lodge in Ponca, AR. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but I did not have to worry about one thing; they did it all. Our guests were raving! The team brought it, set it up, served it (including picking up plates from guests as they finished), and took everything ( including the dirty plates and silverware) with them! Even transferred the leftover food to disposable pans so we could take it with us. I AM SO HAPPY WE USED JAMIE'S CREATIVE CATERING --WORTH EVERY PENNY TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY OUR DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW'S BIG DAY!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Everyone kept talking about how great the food was and were shocked that we found such an amazing caterer to serve an outdoor wedding in the middle of no where. His entire team was professional and timely (and even understood our timing delays). I would highly recommend his services!

Jamie catered our wedding on 9/18/21 and the food was fantastic! All of our guests loved the food and the bread pudding was to die for!! We served Whiskey Peppercorn Steak, Chicken Cordon Blue, Roasted Potatoes and it was all SO GOOD. Jamie was great to work with and everything was professional and on time. I would highly recommend using Jamie’s for your catering needs, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing food! We had them deliver for our wedding at the Riverwind Lodge in Ponca and it worked out great. The Wild-Rice stuffed chicken with red pepper sauce was soooo good! And the flat-iron steak on jalapeño grits was a hit with everyone there. Also, their cheese cake is totally to die for! Worth every penny! We’re still dreaming about the food over a week later. Communication via email wasn’t perfect, but they were really friendly and helpful over the phone

Do not waste your time with Jamie! The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is outrageous. After multiple attempts to reach him about catering our wedding he left us hanging out to dry! They don’t answer your emails promptly and after finally contacting us back he ghost us again when he said he would send the contract. So so glad we didn’t go through with his services because you can not rely on him to come through with his services. Not sure why he even bothers to run a company if he doesn’t care at all. Do yourself a favor and go with anybody else. I believe we dodged a bullet going with his services for our big day!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably bad customer care.We had been talking to them for a few months prior to the date we needed them; and organized for them to cater our wedding. They were supposed to provide tables, chairs and food. However, once we got one month out of the wedding we started getting e-mails from them that seemed like they were trying to figure a way to back out. They said that "it's a really busy weekend" and that "there are a lot of people asking to use them that weekend." That's fine and understandable, except we had ALREADY SENT PAYMENT ALONG WITH THE CONTRACT which covered everything that was promised to be reserved for us. Well we get an e-mail back AFTER THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT AND SIGNED CONTRACT saying that the tables and chairs were already spoken for and that if we wanted them to cater we would have to go to them and pick up the food. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. That is not how you treat people. If you promise someone something and they pay as agreed for your service you do not give that service to someone else. Needless to say we will get our money back and will recommend everyone we can to never use Jamies Creative Catering.

I normally don't write reviews but this time I felt I needed to. I can highly recommend this catering business. The service and food was beyond outstanding. Both my parents turned 80 this year and I decided to celebrate by getting all the family together in Branson Missouri. Since there were so many of us I decided to cater the meal on Saturday rather than going out. The experience was fabulous. Two chef's came to our residence. They set a beautiful table with formal quality china. Then we all sat down to dine and they served us an outstanding meal. The food couldn't have been better!! (For a minute I thought some of my family were going to lick their plates clean.) Once finished, they cleaned everything up and quickly left. The Chefs were extremely friendly, professional and did an outstanding job. The food was far superior than I'd anticipated and better than we could have gotten in any restaurant. The entire experience couldn't have been any better. This meal made the celebration perfect and special. I will DEFINITELY book them again (everyone agreed we wanted to meet there again next winter since we had so much fun). I HIGHLY recommend this catering service.
