My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Jamie Akers and his team. WOW! They catered our daughter's wedding reception, including the cake, at Ponca Creek Lodge in Ponca, AR. Not only was the food delicious and beautifully presented, but I did not have to worry about one thing; they did it all. Our guests were raving! The team brought it, set it up, served it (including picking up plates from guests as they finished), and took everything ( including the dirty plates...
