I love Jimmy Johns. Their roast beef sandwiches are fantastic. The bread really makes the difference, and is much better than the other well-known sub shops. I travel all over the country for my job and no matter where I am, their delivery service is,and has always been “Freaky Fast” and their subs are consistently uniform in taste and toppings. I’ve only ever been disappointed once, but they fixed it right away.

Every person I have ever dealt with is super nice and helpful. My orders have been correct and as they say fast. I love the options in place of bread you can pick too. It's clean inside when I pick up my own orders, and when I do delivery the driver is always super nice and kind .

Why is it so expensive? I got a Chicken Caesar wrap and it was over $11. It was disgusting. Hardly any meat. The dressing was nasty. I had never been there before today and I will never go back. The staff were ok but why is there an option to give a tip on a drive through order?

Great staff very friendly and they make delicious subs! Always a smile behind the counter and it's not always same person. Very clean location. My wife gets the unsub , lettuce wrapped... she likes that option but the bread is best part!

Placed a pick up order and it was ready right on time! A couple of items were missing when we got it home but they resolved it with no issue and their driver Brittanie brought it to us. Thanks Jimmy Johns! The kiddos were very happy with their meal!

$16 for a sandwich combo. Good luck with the sustainability of those prices. I know things have gotten more expensive in the last couple years, but it feels like we are adding insult to injury.

Might be run by the most incompetent people on earth. They didn’t ring in a combo proper and wanted me to pay more for a drink and chips than if they had been part of a combo rather than starting over. Manager also was not understanding why I wouldn’t want to spend extra money for the same thing.

I used to order a lot from Jimmy John's but the last few times the meat or whatever was wrong with the sandwich didn't taste right and I got sick so I will not be ordering anymore from Jimmy John's I hope you get the problem fixed apparently the first time I told him about it they fixed it but it seemed like to keep happening so no more oring from Jimmy John's and I will delete my app I hope you get the issue fixed and goodbye for now

Just came in and order a sandwich with ham and bacon and two cookies and chips. Customer service was exceptional. The man at the counter was very kind. Food is fresh and cookies are yummy. Good job Jimmy John's!
