A woman name Barbara was super sweet. Gave us a a easier and cheaper way to order food they messed up the chicken but fixed it afterward but also gave us extra a good worker to interact with

The lady that is the night shift manager is obviously in the wrong line of work. Her tone and attitude is not one that will contribute to the success of a business. Especially with the economy as bad as it is and every business fighting for patrons and survival. Unfortunately I can't rate the food. I couldn't seem to order just 2 chicken breasts. ?

Went there yesterday. I won't be back a 2 piece chicken and a chicken sandwich was 35.00 i wanted chicken only she said I would get charged for it anyway. I said ok I'll take the side got changed 3.89 extra for the side!!!! Couldn't even eat the chicken it was raw...

Every time I go here I wish I didn't, and drove across town to Popeyes instead. It's actually a nice looking restaurant, and in a convenient location.
However, the female manager is horrible. Her tone of voice, word path and overall attitude is a slap in the face to the service industry.
It honestly has me questioning the integrity of the business, and quality of the food.
Edit: Food sucked. Tasted like it was microwaved and 2-3 days old.

Didn’t think our order was very complicated but we got home with no biscuits and only one of the 2 famous bowls we ordered. Since we live 20 minutes away we did not return to get what was missing.

Staff yelling at each other in the back. When an elderly man asked where his order was he was yelled at saying that they will get it when they can there’s two orders ahead. I waited 25min on a sandwich. Super disrespectful staff.
