Something must've changed wasn't good at all. The dude was supposed to give me 1/2 cut tea but I think I got water and sweet tea. Sandwiches wasn't good.

We have had three experiences at the Harrison KFC in the past couple of months. Each time we had to wait on our order for prolonged times. He just assumed they were experiencing a staff shortage and were understanding. However last Sunday I made an online order one hour before we needed it. We arrived five minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, THEN WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES In line. There was no explanation or apology offered. The chicken nuggets were cold, so dried out and tough we could not eat them. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and the fries were definitely cooked much earlier. This was a small $35 order. When I complained to the company, they refunded me $13. What a slap in the face for unacceptable service and food. Needless to save that will be our last trip to KFC.

We scheduled an online order 1 hour prior to our pick-up time. We arrived 5 min early and were ask to pull forward. We sat there 38 minutes past our scheduled pickup time waiting for our order. In all it took them an hour and forty five minutes to produce our small order and offered no reasonable explanation. When we began eating the food, we found part of the chicken and fries had been cooked for a long time. They were cold, and the chicken nuggets were so old and cold we couldn’t even eat them.
Had I not already paid online, we would have drove off without the food. I even googled how to cancel an KFC online order and found it was not an option. We have used this restaurant three other times with similar sluggish service, but today was totally unacceptable.

Placed an app order at 7:00 pm,,, app said order would be ready at 7:15, I extended till 7:30 pm and I arrived at 7:32 pm and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I finally got the order at 7:45 pm,,, I think next time I will just order another place...
This place was a clown show when we went. We walk up to place an order and stand there for 3-4 minutes. We go to place an order for Nashville hot tenders, the employee apologies and states they are out, so, we order a chicken pot pie, and he apologies again and said they are out because one of the employees forgot to add the chicken. It was almost comical! :) This place has to be the most unorganized group I have ever seen.

Were the only customers in the place, and were told to wait, okay. Then manager or shift leader (pray the latter) proceeds to answer their cell phone. Seemed a little to busy so we left. Guess we will try Popeyes.
