The nicest most kind manager. Offered the best deal for my family. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She could use another worker or two. The store was clean, the restrooms were clean. Thank you for a good stop on the way through. She deserves a raise for her kindness to others, it doesn't happen often enough in places of business anymore. Great job KFC

The lady that took our order over the phone was rude not only when she took the order but in person as well was told 15 minutes on the phone as well as when I showed up 15 minutes after the order it's going on 50 minutes of waiting

It's KFC. It's a 4 star when comparing to other KFCs... Not implying it's a 4 star restaurant. It's fast food chicken, and over priced, but isn't everything? It is what it is.

We have had three experiences at the Harrison KFC in the past couple of months. Each time we had to wait on our order for prolonged times. He just assumed they were experiencing a staff shortage and were understanding. However last Sunday I made an online order one hour before we needed it. We arrived five minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, THEN WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES In line. There was no explanation or apology offered. The chicken nuggets were cold, so dried out and tough we could not eat them. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and the fries were definitely cooked much earlier. This was a small $35 order. When I complained to the company, they refunded me $13. What a slap in the face for unacceptable service and food. Needless to save that will be our last trip to KFC.
