The food is always slow, usually wrong, and the managers/staff are rude.
There was only one care ahead of me in the drive thru ordering. I ordered one Big Mac. When I pulled up to the window, a girl inside was looking out of her window and worrying about where someone was waiting in their car. I finally shut off my engine as it was taking so long to get my order. The girl finally told me to pull into space 1, so I did.
