Threw my fries in bag almost upside down, no napkins, no mayo on chicken sandwich, not even straw in bag…Lady handing out food was rushing me so I didn’t ask for anything at that point…while the lady on intercom and pay window was actually nice

November 1st 9:00 pm, my order was all out of wack. Didn't take my order right. Waited 40 mins in a small line. And to put icing on the cake. All of the food tasted off, fries under the heat for a long period of time, nuggets were dry and almost hard, and the burger bun was tasting old. Looked like there was a bunch of new hires and I know it's not a good idea to schedule all new hires all at once

I am absolutely astonished at how unfresh our food was. The fries had these weird peppery black flakes, the bacon tasted like it sat out all day, and most of the food was soggy and cold. Had my boyfriend pick it up for me while I was in the hospital, and I’m beyond disappointed.

The main street location consistently gives me the wrong item. But specifically I order a sausage mcmuffin but when I get my order it's a sausage biscuit. Today after waiting approx 15 mins asked to pull forward I get the sausage biscuit and go back in line. They literally took the sausage biscuit back and asked me to pull forward again. That in itself is problematic to me. I hope they didn't serve it to the next person who ordered a sausage biscuit. I waited another 10-15 mins and went in stating what happened yo have a guy say why didn't you make that sandwich to some workers, I had enough and wanted to get a refund and leave. After about 3 mins of fumbling around I get my money and he states I would really like to get your sandwich of which I about lost it. How hard is it to pay attention and get the order correct and not have people wait so long. And no it was extremely busy. This is multiple times I have had this happen. I would NOT go back if it wasn't for my grandchildren who don't understand. Buy i will drive yo the opposite end of town to get the correct service. Please do not ask me to return a incorrect item you serve me because it really questions your health issues with me.

Nice, but more expensive than other McDonald's and no drink refills. Or maybe there are refills. Guess it depends on who's working and how busy they are. Regardless, it's not worth the hassle to me, if it is possible.
