What a gem!!!! Super polite and friendly, fast, professional... all the things. I was so pleasantly surprised. Zach was the employee we spoke with more than once while in town... such a pleasure knowing folks enjoy their job and their interactions with others... It really is impactful! And p.s. The food and coffee was amazing.... They have coconut milk, which is fantastic and hard to find these days. And they even had real cinnamon to sprinkle, in, I was super happy. Their egg bites, we're fantastic. They taste like they were homemade! In a pinch, It's tricky to find something healthy and I have to say, this place checked all the boxes!! Plus added some that I haven't seen for a long, long time. So, thank you for a lovely experience. Looking forward to seeing another Scooter's somewhere and hoping that their employees are just as pleasant as you folks!!
We were just passing through for vacation and needed coffee (Screaming infant in the back seat).The sweet lady that met us at the window used her app to give us a free cup of coffee. It was so sweet after the crazy morning we were having. I did not get her name but I wish I had. (Thank you for your kindness!)The coffee was great. My husband and I both got white chocolate mocha’s hit and the temperature was perfect and good taste.

I had a little incident with my hot chocolate being off. The employee said that their machine was having issues so it probably caused the issue. But I was already near home when I called them because I let my drink cool down before drinking. They were gracious and replaced my drink the next time I was in town. Other than this one incident, every other time we go there, their drinks are perfect!! The hot chocolate is so creamy and has intense chocolate flavoring! We're hooked! Great product! Great service! We will be back!
