I really used to enjoy this sonic location. It was faster than the other one in town, and would get my orders right. But lately it has just dropped in quality, and usually its no big deal so I dont even worry about it. But this visit was different. I waited for 25 minutes. I got a chicken sandwich with easy jalapeños, and the sandwich was completely filled with jalapeños, overflowing, there was also no pickles either. Then i got a cheese tot that was supposed to have easy onions, and there was no onions at all. And the final thing was, when i got back to work and went to eat my cheese tots i noticed that I had no fork or anything, and I sit here typing this review slathering grease all over my screen because there was also no napkins. At least the actual quality of the food is good. Also to add in, I always do a mobile order so it's not like my order would be incorrect because of miscommunication.

I visited last night place an order for a hamburger and while I was trying to pay on the kiosk, it showed that my hamburger was on the way when the lady got there I asked her how did you bring my hamburger out so quick I’m not even done paying and she I quote said this is old meat. My reply was it’s Old meat. What do you mean? She goes well we cook fresh meat at 8 o’clock and it’s 754. Do you wanna talk to my manager and I said no thank you I don’t think I want this ham burger. I then left because why would you want to buy old meat? I called the manager and told her that I didn’t think that was good and she’s like well. She doesn’t understand that. It’s not really old meat. It’s just been already cooked what happened to fresh cooked hamburgers it’s sonic I should have known when I was the only car in the parking lot at 8 o’clock at night.

Hit or miss. A lot of the time I will pay the extra dollar for extra cream and won't get any at all.
