Pretty hard to rank atmosphere because it was take out I just ran in and got my order and left. However the staff seemed very nice and helpful and the food was well prepared and exactly as ordered!

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly they made him go to the back of the line for a cookie the guys in front of him SAId No and we will BUY HIS COOKIE ! He is 6 🤣

Daughter went in to meet her friends. They said she needed to buy something so she purchased a drink. They all left for 20 mins and came back. Upon returning They were told again needed to buy something. She then bought a 6 pack of cookies. All of that is no problem. As they were leaving the second time someone called out after they had crossed the street and said they were banned... total B/s. You get to run your business however you like. I'll just never support it. Not after the way this was handled. Also not the first kid to be banned and barred. Another I heard of a kid asked someone for a quarter and they banned him for panhandling... Getting the feeling this is a management thing.

Employee she was very rude. Acted like she didn't know what she was doing. Overcharged me. A 6"sub cost me $ 13.99because I didn't want the bread. So she put it in a bowl. So very little/even though I ordered a 12" sub. 2nd sub was a12" sub for $ 10.99.i asked her about price she said that was a 6" subprice. No manager there so I just left. Won't go back

I've been to this subway before .I've never had a issue besides ridiculous prices .I got my $10 bologna sandwich and asked for a water cup because I don't drink soda I was informed thieves have been stealing soda with water cups .I don't understand punishing innocent customers because of thieves why not punish the thief and ban them from the store .lastly I won't go back to a store that treats me like a thief.
