We visit this store quite often. At LEAST once per week. Usually more. I am signed up for the fro yo club and put in my phone number each time. All the workers are familiar with us. But there is one girl, who was working today March 23, 2025 at 12:37 pm, who is always on the rude side. She KNOWS I am signed up for the club. When I asked her if I had any points, she rolled her eyes at me and cleared the payment screen. Then she said "You should have told me before I rang it up!" in a very rude tone. She knows I am signed up for it. We have been there another time she was working and she had some teenage guy in there with her hugging and kissing in the seating area. Very uncomfortable for us. Glad our grandchildren werent with us. She acts like she hates her job and everyone who walks in or drives up. I see others who have left reviews who must have visited while she was working as well. I don't recommend visiting while she is there. Everyone else is extremely nice and the yogurt is great. My only complaint is this rude girl.

My husband and I are huge fans of TCBY in Harrison AR. We do not live near a TCBY so we always stop when we are passing through. It is a must stop when we head out on vacation and when returning from vacation each year. This past week we were going through on New Year’s Eve and the young lady behind the counter told me they did not have the miniature sugar-free, chocolate morsels and they have not had any since she has been working there for the last three years. I’ve always gotten them so I was disappointed to not get them. Especially when I have gotten them there before. A few days later that following Saturday we stopped again. I was just going to get a different topping and it was all good but this time a different young lady didn’t even fill my cup up. I tried to tell her they usual put more in the cups but she argued that they don’t so we paid a high price for less. I hope they address these issues because we would hate to continue to get this type of service going forward.

We waited at the window for 10 minutes and tried to get the manager attention. Finally the manager opened the window and rudely said that she was not going to take our order(even though she was taking peoples orders before us and it was before closing time) we never got our ice cream and the service was horrific. I have been going to tcby for years and this definitely tainted the experience.Not to mention the girl serving people didn’t have gloves and a hair net on.
