I got the 4 meat platter. Jalapeño sausage was pretty spicy, but tasty, the brisket was fork tender with a normal amount of fat, used the spicy bbq sauce on the pulled pork and the ribs were delightful. I absolutely loved every thing except the coleslaw. I would have preferred more liquid on it, it was kind of dry, but still good. They prepared the pork rinds fresh, they were still popping at the table! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will return.
The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good. The barbecue pork is not my favorite the briskets small plus dry little flavor of smoke if any. The sauces are good.The prices are high!!
the food was terrific a short drive from Branson but was worth the trip we will be back thanks for a wonderful afternoon
