I keep trying to like this place but..... Maybe I'm ordering the wrong stuff. BBQ sauces taste just like ketchup. I ordered loaded potato w/ brisket ($15) , they cut the potatoe up but I can tell it's not a whole potato.

We had the hamburger and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent as were the beans and street corn on the cob. Just what you would expect from a true Delta BBQ place.

What an amazing place! Got to have lunch and dinner here during the King Biscuit Blues Festival and my whole family was impressed. Great food and courteous service people, and the owner came to say hi while we were at lunch. The crowd loves live music and the band had our son get up and jam with them too! Definitely check out this little gem. We will be back next time we visit Helena!

I can't tell you how blown away I was with the brisket! I ordered the brisket sandwich and my wife the brisket plate with beans and potato salad. The brisket was sooooo tender and flavorful! Sauce complimented the meat and the bun was fresh and soft. The potato salad and beans were so much better than your everyday sides. Service was fair. They claim to have the best brisket in town, but I would say their claim easily goes beyond the best in town! It's as good as I've had!

I can't give any information, because every time I drive all the way over there when everything says they are open, there are chains on the door and they are never open. Guess I'll quit trying to eat here
