Some like it I don’t. The flavoring is too tart and has an after taste. I assume it is the “nutritional” powder or add ins. They have koozies. Lots of flavors to choose from.

After my workout I get the Extreme Rebuild shake! It has all the necessary BCAAS I need for recovery and protein to curve the hunger crave!

Highland Nutrition serves teas and shakes that are not only yummy, but also have vitamins in them! There are tons of flavors to choose from. Convenient location, super clean, and wonderful customer service! 🤩 highly recommend grabbing yourself a treat from there!
