The restaurant is nice, clean & building was built in 1908 but the food was not that great. I got chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & green beans, was $8.99 special. It was okay. Parents got hamburger steak with mashed potatoes & green beans, was $7.99 special. Mashed potatoes had big clumps potato that could not cut. Meat okay.
FRIDAY => Fresh bake biscuits, just like grandma’s used to make. One of a kind genuine country cooking Café️. Breakfast️ => Everything taste delicious. Johanna the server, provided excellent friendly atmosphere and service. SATURDAY => leftover hard biscuits from the previous day. The gravy was ice cold. Coffee was very good.
Quaint hometown eatery with good homemade food..indoor or outdoor dining...
Parking: Huge lot to park across the street room enough for even large vehicles w/trailers or Semi's, box trucks etc..
Kid-friendliness: They have hot dogs and Mac & cheese...need I say more...lol
