Ordered a rib sandwich with mac and cheese. Got two dry, bone-in ribs with a stale bun, and noodles in a watery cream sauce. Couldn't even wash it down because the water was so nasty. Urinal pad in the bathroom sink. This is the kind of place you see and think "that must be a hidden gem," but alas.

So tasty!!! Looks a little sketchy from the outside but don’t worry it’s delicious! We had the 3 meat platter: smoked Turkey, brisket, and ribs. Everything was so good and to top it off a frosted mug for our root beer floats!

Nice little place, my family stopped by while on a roadtrip and saw they had a good range of options and good reviews. The environment was warm, and the service was great and friendly. We got a little of everything, while the brisket and fried chicken wings were amazing, the burgers and the mac & cheese came out a bit on the salty side, still pretty good besides the saltiness. It seems other review rave about the barbecue, which is certainly great. If you come just for that, it'll be amazing, if you want a little more options, be careful if you have a low salt tolerance.

As we traveled through Hope Arkansas we looked up reviews for BBQ and chose Big Macs BBQ. We ordered a loaded baked potato and a brisket sandwich to go. When we paid for it the owner said she would bring it out in 5-8 minutes to our car, that she already noted we pulled up in. 25 minutes later I went in to check the order and she said they thought we had left. We were still sitting at the front door. She only offered a discount next time we came. As I told her we were traveling a later discount would be of no use. Service was extremely disappointing.

Awesome food!!! Great service and family friendly atmosphere. Brisket fries and brisket Mac and cheese were excellent. Definitely at the top of the list for great bbq.
We were driving through from TX and stopped on account of their amazing reviews! The food was ok, not bad but nothing special. The waitress and hostess were very kind and did a great job! But food is really only ok.
We LOVED the hand-cut fries which were soft in the middle yet not greasy—hard to find this perfect combo. We also LOVED the Bobcat Burger which comes with 2 homemade 1/4# patties normally (I requested just one) & a nice slice of brisket with the burnt ends attached. D R O O L !
I also enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich with slaw that I dumped right on top. The sauce is too sweet for me but that’s the case most of the time.
The sweet tea was perfectly sweetened & is also just right ordered as 1/2 sweet. ?
Looking forward to making this my meal of choice in-between DFW & NEA. I love the charm of the old-school inner & outer—quintessential hidden gem feature.
Traveling from Louisiana to Branson, stopped to eat here both ways. Not just bar-b-que! Daily specials, sandwiches, burgers, fried fish. A lical trying to make a living & food is excellent!!
