Chicken Express has a lot of options to pick from to eat. I really enjoy eating the fish here and there tea is good to. The chicken is great too and great side items to pick from.

Here is the thing. They as a company need to have better standards. One location you can get dipping sauce with your strips or there is gravy in the box. This location wants to charge 50 cents for a dipping sauce. For what I paid for a four strip meal it should come with one. Keep your day old gravy. Every other chicken place out there gives you at least one sauce. But hey they are really hurting over 15 cents in cost. Last time I'll eat at the Hope location.

This is not the best Chicken express I have ever eaten at. The fries were greasy and the tenders were a little soggy. Over all still good food. The employees were also not the friendliest. Some employees were talking about their party’s and drinking instead of paying attention to customers. The prices have went up also. The #2 is $17.29.

I was with my family coming from out of town. We stopped because I love their food. I stood in line for 10 minutes and no one asked to help me. A guy walks in and the young lady walks up greets him and give him his door dash order. She went back to doing what she was doing and I walked out and went to McDonald's disappointed because I wanted some chicken and okra. This happened at the Hope, Arkansas location.

Me and family stopped to grab a bite to eat while headed home from Louisiana. It was around noon. The manager, I think her name was Brenda.... it was a B name. She was wearing her hair in a bun and wearing a black top/jacket. We ordered our food and handed her our money in her hand and she placed our change on the counter and walked off. My mom waited in line to order while being ignored. Another customer came in and was acknowledge by staff and was given his food all while my mom stood there waiting to order. My mom told me she was going to go to another restaurant near by since no one came to service her. Brenda walked by the counter saying it's about to start raining again. I stated ma'am can I get a refund. She stated that your food is about to come up soon. I told her that I would like a refund because my mom stood up her waiting to order but you ignored her and serviced another customer in front of her, so therefore, I would like a refund. She gave me a refund and we left. I work customer service and I know the importance of it. This location need more customer service training. They can learn from our Benton, AR location. They have the best customer service ever!

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The fried pickles were just awful. Don’t know why, but they were really tough. They were very hot and fresh though. The fried okra was cold and tasted burnt. Really disgusting. The fried chicken was good, and the French fries were hot and fresh. Probably won’t be back to this location.
Down with Family visiting in Hope. We were all hungry for some good Southern comfort food. First time here, and the staff is absolutely fantastic! The chicken tenders are some of the best I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The fried catfish, hush puppies, jalapeño peppers, and okra were absolutely tasty! Wish they’d open up one of these in the Midwest.
Parking: More than enough spaces to park.
Kid-friendliness: Looks to be all ages.

Meal don't come with a biscuit and they charge .50 for any dipping sauce, even if you buy a meal that most would say you'd need a dipping sauce. Bo Jangles is better
