The rolls tasted like an ashtray, Mac & cheese was like soup with a hair in it and the chicken was so greasy and it leaked through the box and put a big stain on the seat and I got two piecesI started feeling sick after eating do yourself a favor and some place Else

Horrible customer service.1/22/24 Update: Absolutely no phone call from the owner of this store. Don't waste your money here.Can't get orders right. Can't read tickets.One mashed potato with coleslaw, one with double fries. See picture.Absolute disgusting behavior from the people I spoke to. No help. Only "sorry about that". If you're the manager on staff, and you don't have access to the store owners number/name, how are you management?I want a full refund for the entire ticket and an apology from the owner.

The rolls tasted like an ashtray and there was a hair in my mac & cheese, which was pretty terrible and there was so much grease in the chicken. It put a big stain on the seat and only got two pieces have to eat in this food. I immediately got sick. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to yourself a favor and do not eat.

Very bad service. Waited 25 min to get order. Fries and corn nuggets were cold and hard. Won’t be back. Floor and tables were dirty. Trash cans were overflowing.
Our order included jalapeños and a few of the jalapeños were expired. Also the one order of chicken strips had essentially nothing but just breading besides one chicken strip.

There at 12:17, lunch. Thought it being lunch it would be fresh & hot. Craving fish for weeks. Fish was tough as leather, couldn't hardly pull it apart and hush puppies were cold.

Very rude to everyone like they being forced to be there. No meals you order come with a sauce so you're forced to not have it or pay extra for dipping sauce. I understand charging for extra but not one.

absolute horrible experience. cashier yelled at my sister for zero reason. didn't give her enough time to tell what we wanted when she read it off. left 5 minutes ago on September 29th, hope the corporate looks into it. overall, not a great experience. 10/10 would not recommend.
