Walked in and was greeted with a dirty look and rude tone. It was 6:00 p.m.
I'll find somewhere else to eat
I have no idea how this place has 4.4 stars. The image is of the weird colored wasabi. The photo doesn’t do it justice but it’s some weird green color. I ordered a chicken bento box and California roll. I normally order tuna or salmon but all their sushi is cooked which is beyond bizarre. It is like people in Arkansas only know how to eat fried foods. I ordered a California roll which I don’t consider real sushi but I figured they couldn’t mess it up because it is supposed to be cooked. Well the description said crab, avocado, and cucumber which is what a California roll is. But it didn’t have cucumber and it had cream cheese which is very weird.
The bento box had some weird pineapple flavored chicken, supposedly fried rice but it didn’t have anything in it. Fried rice usually has chicken and egg and veggies. This was just rice and only rice. The spring roll has some weird mayo sauce. Noting about this food was Japanese.
Decent sushi for the middle of Arkansas.... We came for the Ramen, but Seemed to be short on staff, as there was no ramen option available. The owner seemed to be the chef as well. Sushi a bit pricey equivalent to each coast prices, but good. Hibachi was a much better experience. Hibachi was made in the food truck outside. Hit the spot.
Best sushi ever!! I highly recommend
The person who took our order was really sweet and gave great explanations when we had questions about their menu. The dining area had a tv with deep sea music which was nice and soothing. It honestly reminded me of my grandparents kitchen with the plastic cups and stuff we were given but I actually liked it. The sushi was AMAZING and I loved the crab rangoon. I would come here every week if I didn’t live nearly 4 hours away lol. Everything was great (:

This is a great catch. The food is great, and the sushi is made right in front of you. They also will fry the sushi which is very big deal in the area.

Driving through Hope on our road trip to TX. Found the restaurant on Google. We had the chicken and seafood ramen udon miso bowls. Very tasty and highly recommend! I had a Tiger Boba tea and was spot on. Well done!

Mostly takeout with small seating area. Authentic sushi with great flavor and interesting take off of local foods and traditions.

They seemed surprised we were going to eat in, barely had the food arrived and they were asking us to leave because they wanted to go home. Food was tough. Not safe for celiacs.

Best sushi ever!! My husband’s favorite place to come eat at. Also, they are very friendly and clean!
Great sushi and hibachi, unfortunately they were understaffed so ramen and yakisoba was unavailable. Husband and wife run it and were amazing despite having to do everything theirselves. Also, they have awesome boba! This is my new favorite restauraunt in the area. I highly recommend.

Stopped here based on Google reviews. Great Ramen and the sushi was very tasty. Fried rice and spring roll were ok, but nothing special. I’d probably skip the bento box next time. Great options for vegans. Attentive staff. Also, the birthplace of Bill Clinton is just down the road. Perfect road trip stop

This place has an excellent variety including hibachi, yakisoba, yaki udon, ramen, sushi, and sides like crab rangoon. They also serve boba and Japanese bottled sodas. Big portions for the price and delicious food with excellent service. Always a very fun place to go in. Definitely want to dine in soon. You can order around dietary restrictions and allergies to your customization as well.
Vegetarian options: Any main dish can be ordered without protein
Dietary restrictions: Can request certain or all veggies left off (low residue diet and carrot allergy among us). Pescatarian options as well (teen had shrimp yaki udon with no carrots and crab rangoon and LOVED).
Parking: The parking lot is relatively small, but even though they were pretty full, we were able to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment with lots of fun drinks and dishes.

We travelled over from Arlington, TX for family vacation. We LOVE sushi and eat a wide variety of it across the metroplex. So, when we saw Hiro Hiro on the map, we knew we had to stop. This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. We absolutely loved the rolls and boba. The owner kindly chatted with me and even followed up with us about our dinner. Very pleased and we hope that if you are reading this, you’ll stop on by and give them a try.
