This place has really improved. The drive thru lady (Robin) was very clear and pleasant. Didn’t rush us and was nice at window. The second window was Tierra and she was just as sweet. Confirmed order, asked if we needed anything else. I’ve never been to a KFC before and had this kind of service. These two ladies went above and beyond with customer service. It’s grease in the bottom of the bucket and chicken looks awful.

The drive-thru lady was very rude and they were out of mashed potatoes and honey.
