The fries were hot and fresh and the new mashed potato things were pretty good. They were out of KFC sauce,, which is the sauce we wanted. The chicken tenders in one of the meals were very good but the tenders in the other meal were inedible; dried out and hard. Service was a little slow, but they were polite enough.

Suck I called to see if they had chicken at 840 before I drove from prescott I want 3 of the 8 pieces but they tell me they have no chicken is that's what's sold there lord and wasn't trying to cook any hope ark never have chicken not the first time either

Ordered on the app. Was told my food was ready. 30 minutes later I'm still waiting . Staff was horrible and rude. The floor in the kitchen was filthy. Order was wrong. Food was horrible. Do not eat here.

Me and two coworkers stopped in Hope location at KFC for lunch. All three of our orders were wrong, the staff had attitude, the chicken was raw and it was greasiest mess I've ever seen. The tray that they put my food on had honey or syrup or something all over it I do not recommend anyone stop at this place.

We had been driving for several hours and decided to stop and get a couple of chicken pot pies. The attendant took the order of the lady in front of us. Then she left the front cashier position to do other things. She didn’t acknowledge us or even say, I will be with you in a moment. We stood and waited over 5 minutes with no one offering to help us. We decided to leave and go some place else. There were also many flies in the restaurant.

literally the only good thing was the gravy. but that shouldn’t be the only thing that comes out of the kitchen steaming. come on KFC, fix this place. Got an infinite stock of parking spots for 6 people daily

I ordered a family meal on their app. Was 8 pieces and 8 strips an app special. I paid through the app. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have strips or biscuits. Ok can you exchange them with something else? They said no . I said ok can you refund my money they said you have to call the 800 number. !!!! So you can’t give me my order and you won’t give me my money???? I asked to speak to a supervisor they left me waiting at the window so I drove around and went in and asked for a supervisor. Yes I am irritated at this point. I ask again for my money back they called the police to escort me out . I never threatened anyone I never did anything except ask for my money or a supervisor. 3 officers came and said I had to leave. I call the number it says 7 to 10 days for a refund. Ok family you can eat in 7 to 10 days. DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR APP !! I suggest you don’t go there at all !
