After several years of not coming to KFC we decided to stop at one while we were on the road.
Chicken was like warm, greasy and tasteless. The French fries were likely under the warming lights for a long time.
Horrible experience.

5 piece tenders, but they can't count, only got 4. Also we wanted to est inside sitting down. Sign on door says dinning room open til 10pm. It was 8 pm and doors locked! False advertising and shorten meal. I won't be back to this KFC.

Im not sure who worked the drive-through today but THEY DESERVE A RAISE and I know that they did a awesome job. I was very moved with how they acted in the drive-through. Definitely coming back!

I ordered a chicken breast lunch at the drive-thru and I opened it at the motel and discovered it was a leg and thigh. I don't eat dark meat so my dog got a nice dinner. They were out of Coleslaw.

BE AWARE! THIS LOCATION VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AS A DISABLED PERSIN WITH A SERVICE ANIMAL. We stopped by this location while doing a day drive with my husband and service dog. Upon entering i was told that I could not bring my service dog in (She is a small Pomeranian dog that I carry next to my chest so she can alert me properly). I explained that it would be illegal to refuse service as she is a real service dog, NOT an emotional service dog which I acknowledge is different. She argued her position saying that she didn't have a vest on and that she was gonna contaminate all the food there, which is such bull. Then she changed her tune as I told her that they were violating the ADA law for service animals. She started saying that she can refuse service for no reason...which is fine...but she never stated that in the beginning. It was only after I confronted the manager (Stephanie at the KFC in Hope, AR) that she finally just said that I had to leave. Which is did. But not after calling KFC headquarters and filing a complaint and filling out this complaint as well. What Stephanie did was ILLEGAL. Just putting this out there so that everyone knows that that KFC is violating people's rights.
