We have stopped here twice in the last month traveling. Both times, a full meal was left out of the order. The first time I was already on the freeway so we just did without. The second time, we went in and luckily my wife checked the bag. They replaced the meal but still shorted us a nugget in a 10 piece.

Got in there at 6 in the morning to get breakfast, but we had. I had to wait on those 3 ladies that were gossiping about God knows what and they saw me, but they just didn't have no sense of urgency to go take my order. And when I finally did order and get my order, the tater tots, the hash Browns were cold, I had to take them back then I asked them to give me my breakfast sandwich with no cheese and goalie behold there was cheese. It was, they didn't have we were the only customers there. There's no excuse for it, never would go back really bad service for employees, they couldn't even take care of 2 people.

Never been to a mcdonalds and had to wait 40 mins for chicken nuggets and had 5 workers ignore that I was even at the counter

The cashier got my order wrong twice while ringing me up. Had to bring over a manager twice then forgot to ring up my hashbrown and had an attitude when I asked about it. Then deleted my coffee and re-added it which erased the custom way it was made so I had to turn back and request creamers and sugars which I had to wait for because they wouldn't help me kist kept walking past me and manager or cashier had ugly attitudes and never ever bothered to apologize about the whole experience I would not recommend this place whatsoever I would give 0 stars if I could and if the manager sees this review I recommend take care of your customers better and needs and discipline your staff when needed.

It was busy while we were there the drive through was wrapped around the building. The standing area for pickup was jammed packed. So I'm willing to cut the staff some slack. But its mcdonalds we got what we paid for... moderately inexspensive food if you can call it food. It was filling... end quote.

If there was an option for no stars that’s the rating I’d leave after my experience yesterday. I don’t usually have issues with anything except long wait period at the speaker even though hardly anyone is there… Yesterday October 28th I placed an order ahead order at 10am for breakfast so I could quickly stop by grab my food and continue my nearly 3 hour trip to Children’s with my 5 month old. I ordered ahead so it would be ready when I got there because I didn’t have time to wait and knew it might be a couple minutes past breakfast I also used my points and one of my daily deals in this order. I got to the location and was at the speaker if not right at 10:30 with a few minutes of it but waited for a long time (3 other people were waited on before me) when someone finally comes on the speaker it’s now 10:40 I give them my code and am told that it’s after 10:30 so they don’t sell breakfast… I explain that I understand this but that I’ve been waiting for nearly 10 minutes if not 10 minutes and that it was an order ahead placed at 10 so that when I made it to Hope it would be ready. I’m told again that it doesn’t matter that it’s after 10:30 and that there is nothing they can do for me I can’t get anything to substitute I can’t get my drinks nothing and was told it wasn’t their problem about getting my money back or getting me my order since it was no longer breakfast… Is this establishment not making their order aheads when they come in? If I order breakfast at 10 and it’s made within the 30 minutes of it coming in then why does it matter if it’s no longer breakfast when I get there if my BREAKFAST is already ready then you don’t need breakfast out to get me my order. Is it being made and then thrown away right at 10:30? Was someone in there enjoying my food I paid for? Just very rude, unprofessional and I ended up not having time to stop anywhere else and get food so it ended up being almost 5pm before I got to eat that day because they wanted to be LAZY and RUDE. I have managed a McDonald’s, I have also ran a Taco Bell and a Sonic so I know better. I did go in and cancel my order but I wasn’t able to get back my daily deal or points used and it doesn’t give me my food I paid for and wanted/needed then or fix the terrible experience. Management needs a huge overhaul there is no care, respect, control or management there most of the employees are rude look like they couldn’t be bothered to help you and hate their life and job and that you coming there is an inconvenience and just very unprofessional. I don’t know that I’ll be back after this last incident. I went out of my way to go to this particular McDonald’s because they carry the biscuits and gravy which I can eat with my messed up teeth and the closer McDonalds don’t. I even explained everything to them and just kept being told they couldn’t do anything for me and it was after breakfast that I was just out of luck on my order. Unacceptable. If I ordered it before 10:30 and paid for it it doesn’t matter if I get there at 10:30 my food should have been prepared before 10:30 and was ordered and payed for before then so there shouldn’t be any issue with someone putting up a little later if their order is made ahead as it’s supposed to be.

Took 25 minutes to get food only after asking for a refund. While eating my grandson got his fries out and there was a dead fly in his fries. Also had to clean a table for us to sit at
