This store doesn't care about ppl ordering inside because they just ignore you. Drive thru seems like it's their priority. I should not have to wait 20 mins for 2 combos. They lady after me got their order and another customer too. Before I got mine. Cold fries. Plus it took me over 5 mins for someone to come to the counter to get my cups for drinks. They had over 4 ppl just ignoring customers up front

We literally sat in the line for 20 minutes! Two employees in the bathroom on their phones while the line is wrapped around the building!

It’s literally something every time at the Hope, Arkansas McDonald’s. Today, we sat in the drive-thru behind a vehicle that had clearly been stuck there a while—honking and calling out ‘hello’ at the speaker with no response. After waiting a few minutes ourselves, we gave up and went inside. My son went in first with my mobile order code, and instead of simply telling him how to switch it from drive-thru to inside pickup (which takes one tap y'all), they sent him back out telling him to get in the drive thru. When I went in myself, it still took several minutes just to be acknowledged, and longer for someone to actually come to the counter to take my order. The entire experience left me feeling like they would rather not have customers at all. Success, because you've lost this one for good.
The craziest part? The vehicle that was stuck honking ahead of us in the drive-thru was just leaving with his order as I was pulling off. That's how long they left him sitting there.
Employee morale has clearly tanked, and ownership needs to step in and fix this place because they've obviously made management not care either. It’s been consistently bad every visit since the original owners retired. I’m done spending my money here.

The workers are extremely slow and people were yelling to get at least service for their orders. One man waited 15 minutes to get a single packet of grape jelly when he asked for strawberry jelly.

Wrong food, kids running around without shoes or pants on. The food was subpar even for McDonald's.

McDonald’s – 8:30 AM and Somehow Already Off the Rails
Stopped by at 8:30 AM—should’ve been a routine breakfast stop. What I got instead was a front-row seat to one of the laziest performances I’ve ever seen in food service.
There was a single employee up front, visibly overweight, and clearly putting more energy into not helping people than anything else. She moved between bagging half-finished orders and glaring at the growing line like we personally ruined her day by showing up.
It wasn’t busy—just inefficient. She knew we were there. She made eye contact. Multiple times. But instead of saying anything, she made a point of not acknowledging anyone. Just slow, passive movements and a side of attitude that could curdle milk.
She floated between tasks with all the urgency of someone on strike—grabbing one bag, wandering away, coming back for lids, maybe tossing in some hateful stares for good measure. She wasn’t overwhelmed. She wasn’t short-staffed. She just did not care.
After 22 minutes of watching this train wreck go absolutely nowhere, I left.
Didn’t get breakfast. Didn’t get service. Just a solid reminder that when one person decides not to show up mentally, the whole place might as well be closed.
If corporate’s looking for why people are skipping this location in the morning—start here. Breakfast isn't the problem. The attitude is.

McDonald’s – Where Time Dies and Oatmeal Is a Myth
I came in wanting oatmeal and a side of mild regret. Instead, I got a front-row seat to the slowest 15 minutes of my life.
The lobby looked like it hadn’t seen a mop or a manager since the early 2000s. One employee was lazily pushing a broom in slow motion, circling the same fry like it was sacred. Meanwhile, behind the counter, three staff members were deep in a dramatic debate about shifts, phone breaks, or possibly the meaning of life. Who knows? What they weren’t doing was acknowledging the growing line of customers—myself included.
Fifteen minutes. Not exaggerating. I stood there for a quarter of an hour without a single “We’ll be right with you.” Not a nod. Not a glance. Just pure, undiluted apathy. I’ve seen abandoned buildings with more hustle.
Eventually, I left. No food, no apology, just the echo of my own patience dying in a fluorescent-lit void.
McDonald’s: billions served—but if you're in a hurry or expecting basic courtesy? Maybe not this one.
