Super frustrating when you have to repeat the order 6x. And the attendant still repeats it back wrong, and your order is STILL wrong. Like $45 wasted. But too frustrated at that point to go back.
Popcorn chicken over cooked. Still didnt give me dipping sauce that I asked for 2x. French fries super salty. Drinks were flat. ( this has been last 4x I've stopped here)
Don't recommend going back until they fix issues.
Hey sonic! Hire people who can properly take an order and get crap right. Food prices are high enough that if we are still trying to support you... improve the things that keep customers coming.
I got their breakfast burrito. It wasn't bad but definitely way too much egg in it. Tater tots were awesome as always though.

i drive by this location almost every day but only try it every 3 or 4 months. disappointed everytime. order come out wrong or just doesnt taste good. better off to drive to gurdon or nashville.

I specifically ordered a rt 44 French vanilla iced coffee light ice, but what I got was a plain iced coffee with no French vanilla in it. The car hop was rude to me saying all sonics have cold brew coffee with milk you add flavor to. She took my coffee back in, I bet to only give me one or two squirts of French vanilla because I barely tasted much difference, and brought it back out to me with a new straw. She has poor customer service skills and needs to work on the way she treats her customers. I was on my way to the courthouse to celebrate Veterans day with my Pa who served in the army and Vietnam. Unacceptable, and I even tipped. I will not stop at this one again.
