I specifically ordered a rt 44 French vanilla iced coffee light ice, but what I got was a plain iced coffee with no French vanilla in it. The car hop was rude to me saying all sonics have cold brew coffee with milk you add flavor to. She took my coffee back in, I bet to only give me one or two squirts of French vanilla because I barely tasted much difference, and brought it back out to me with a new straw. She has poor customer service skills and needs to work on the way she treats her customers. I was on my way to the courthouse to celebrate Veterans day with my Pa who served in the army and Vietnam. Unacceptable, and I even tipped. I will not stop at this one again.

I feel like when people pay for extra anything they should get the extra.. when I ask for a regular medium water with real lemon I get 2 slices… so when I ask for a rout 44 water with EXTRA lemon I feel like I should be getting more then 3 slices ESPECIALLY if I’m tipping just buying a water. My burgers always look like they have been thrown together cheese and meat halfway on the bun with sauces all over the wrapper and it looks like it was smushed. I know yall get busy at times but when I come and it’s only 5 cars counting myself my food should not look like this. Please do better. Not all of the people but a lot of the people who bring me my drinks/food have a bad attitude or are very rude when I ask for missed condiments that I’ve told the people on the headset I would like with my order.

It's nice to be back where Sonic restaurants act like Sonic restaurants. I've been up north for 3 years. Most drive-ins are only drive-thrus. Nobody seems to use the application up north and if Corporate advertises a product, rarely do the restaurants up north order in for the advertised items.

I accidentally ordered on my mobile app to the wrong sonic. I was trying to order in Texarkana AR and accidentally ordered to Hope AR. I tried to call the Hope AR location but was unable to get through due to the phone number giving me a dial tone every time I called it. So I then turned to the power of Facebook and asked for help. The community members helped me get in touch with the owner via Facebook messenger and she made it right.

I understand they just reopened but they need to do better with the food. I had fries with my meal and they forgot my fries. When I got my fries they were cold. Most of my food was cold. I hope they do better.
Probably the worst sonic I’ve ever had. My chicken was cold and soggy, the toast was burnt to a crisp and the onion rings taste like armpit.
