We were rudely instructed to use the kiosk instead of taking our order at the counter. When we refused the girl just walked away. Had to get someone else to get order. Customer service has gone to the toilet when they think they don't have to face a paying Customer. I refuse to use a kiosk to order food, I will just leave and take my business elsewhere.

Brought 4 teenage boys for a quick to go order. It was at 955 and lobby closed at 10. Asked young lady outside if we could still come in and order to go since I had multiple boys and she said yes. Met manager at locked door and she stated no and I could NOT do multiple orders either. I explained to her the boys were not mine and they are paying for their own orders. There was no one inside and two cars I. Drive through. She did not care and was happy to see us go next door to McDonald’s that was HAPPY to accommodate!!

We went here because my wife was hungry for Nacho Bell Grande. They didn't have enough chips to go with the cheese sauce. She ate the last of it with a spoon. The diet pepsi soda fountain drink was watered down enough that it looked like iced tea. I told the counter, and he said he'd take care of it. I tried a refill before we left, no change.
