I did the drive-through threw but the staff was still wonderful, they where very helpful for a very tired person. After being at a out door event for 12 hours I might have been alittle sharp, the staff was so good I was even smiling when I left.

3 times they tried to make the same sandwich
I ordered a sausage egg and chz muffin thru drive thru
I received a sausage muffin no egg
Went back through the drive thru told them what happened they then gave me a sausage egg and chz crossaunt not a muffin
Went back inside and asked for a third time on my sandwich.
They then gave me a cold muffin sandwich. Who wants a cold breakfast sandwich Worse experience ever even for a fast food place.

Went thru the drive thru in hope ar at 7:30pm Sunday afternoon 7/13/25. Everything was going good till we got around to the window to pick up our food and the lady handed us our drinks (3 drinks) in a cup holder. We ordered 2 Dr peppers and 1 Diet Coke. When I asked her could she tell me which ones was the diet since none were marked. She looked at me like I had 3 heads and said “I sure can’t I wasn’t the one that made the drinks” I said this should be interesting and she said it sure is and shut the window. Very disrespectful !!!!! Where in the world has good customer service gone People these days don’t care it’s almost like you’re annoying them by coming and ordering food !!!!

For a holiday weekend and a busy establishment, this Wendy’s was quick at creating food. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was good and hot.

we went today and the other day and the drive through girl was mean to us. She didn’t even say anything until my mom asked “ is that everything?” She didn’t even say “ thank you have a great night “ tonight my mom went in because they forgot a drink and the manager was so mean to her and another customer. It’s sad.

I'm on a road trip and had stopped at Wendy's. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes the stuff was ignoring me and being very rude I even said hello to them and they didn't respond and muttered something about not wanting to help me so I left without getting food. Absolutely terrible customer service unacceptable
