Went on a Sunday night and were out of an entree. Don't get the potato planks (aka french fries) as they were tepid and tough. Never thought fries potatoes could be tough, but, they were.

I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop pasta. It was delicious. The waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. We also ordered the fried mushrooms, pretty good. We chose outdoor seating and the sunset view was amazing!

$2 HH beers til 4pm every day (except Monday). Sit with Sue at the bar .. use a coaster! Or sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.

Food was obviously made and sat around then warmed in the microwave. Fried fish was soggy. Would go for a beer but not food.

The best part of this visit was feeding the turtles, which they give guests some dog food to give to the carp and turtles of the deck. A couple of us ordered country fried steak and it was a deep fried hamburger patty, which was more than disappointing. Literally a breaded patty in a perfect circle with breading and gravy, and lacked flavor as well. The shrimp and grits had a couple shrimp and was so watery that the grits had to be scooped out similar to spooning out the last few bites of cereal from milk. The staff were friendly and the place was clean so that's a plus.
