Excellent experience here, the ladies were very nice. The food was good and hot, I had come in right when they were getting ready the buffet and the catfish was OK, the peach cobbler is great, and the breakfast was delicious
My family and I were traveling to AR from GA to see the 2024 eclipse, and we happened Ole Hickory, a gem hidden here in Hoxie, AR.\n\nI am a concierge at a high end hotel, and I have rarely seen a place as genuinely hospitable as this. I cannot recommend it more. I was thoroughly impressed with the attentive service, the slow but respectfully prompt pace, the wonderful, hot, and well prepared food, and of course the genuine hospitality.\n\nA local mom and pop sleeper. Five stars...
Good food and service. Friendly staff and helpful. They have a small buffet available for lunch that is $9.99. Great price and worth it. Menu prices are great as well. Buffet included fried fish, chopped smoked pork, beans, fried potatoes, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, and more. Great selection for a smaller simple buffet. Great place for lunch. On Friday and Saturday nights they do seafood buffet.
