I ordered an iced coffee and paid extra for caramel drizzle and did not get any caramel on my drink. When I asked them to remake it they were very annoyed and rude about it. They also said they shouldn’t charge for that but it was extra in the app. Very impolite and rude staff.

We waited close to 20minutes for coffee, but Miranda was a fantastic asset for McDonald's Huntsville with a genuine sincere apology.

The staff is undertrained, as well as impolite while the food remained lackluster to other McDonald's we've been to. It took a long while for our food to come out AND to top it of it all was cold and poorly put together. And I'm sure this is the typical McDonald's standard and this is why most should not eat breakfast there and instead insist you go to grannys. Shame in us for straying from the path, lesson learned.
