We literally sat here for an hour waiting on our food, we FINALLY get out order and EVERYTHING is cold. Fries are literally cold and floppy, the burgers and nuggets are cold, the SHAKE was melted. This location is getting worse

This is the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve seen in a while. And poorly managed. Waited entirely toooo long for our food, watched multiple workers aimlessly going back-forth delivering food to people in the dining room? Why not use those employees to improve speed of service instead of wasting time delivering food. Call out a number like every McDonalds in the America.

Unexpectedly Impressive Late-Night Stop! Don't eat a lot of McDonald's, but was starving late after skipping meals all day and stopped at the East Robinson location in Springdale, AR. Genuinely impressed! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was surprisingly well put together – crispy chicken, fresh toppings, held up great. Fries were perfectly hot and fresh-tasting. The young woman at the register had a genuinely friendly demeanor, and my order was ready incredibly fast despite the hour. For a quick, in-a-pinch meal, this location exceeded expectations in both food quality and efficient, pleasant service. Will definitely consider this spot again when needed!

Came in with my grandpa, everyone was so welcoming and friendly! They got our breakfast out fast and fresh. Bathrooms were very nice and clean as well.
