I was so excited to place an order after seeing the awesome reviews.. just to get totally screwed over!!! It was my son’s 4th birthday party and I made an order for a custom cake and cupcakes a MONTH in advance. We had the date set and everything. I even messaged her 5 days before the party and she confirmed the date. SHE HAS COMPLETELY IGNORED ME since. I messaged her several times on the day of pick up and NO RESPONSE. She still has yet to give me any kind of explanation? Nothing. I can’t believe this happened to me on the DAY OF my son’s party and we were left with no time to prepare. I’m so disappointed and can’t believe how unprofessional someone can be.

Very unprofessional way of dropping the ball on a delivery for a birthday.
Went in person to place an order for delivery and paid for it. Got off work early the day of, so I figured I'd go pick up the order and save them having to deliver. I get to their location and it turns out they moved.. Messaged them and they said they were unable to make the delivery due to having a power outage. But then they say that they'll have it out the next morning. Figured fine, stuff outside of our hands happens.
Regardless, not being pro-active and letting me know beforehand so I could have made alternative arrangements was the first problem.
The next day rolls around, no cupcakes. Message them after the morning is long gone. They apologize and ensure me that they'll be there in the evening for sure. Evening turns into night and nope, nothing. At this point, the birthday (and even belated birthday) is long gone and no cupcakes to show for it.
Very disappointing and a terrible way to string a customer along. Don't offer a delivery service if you can't stay on top of it.

Smash cake and cupcakes for my son's birthday were decorated beautifully and they were delicious! Cake was moist and the icing was smooth and not too sweet. Highly recommend!

Wow!! Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Got the Chicken Bacon Ranch with seasoned fries. So SO good. I could come back and eat this everyday if I had the money! 100/5 stars. AMAZING!

I ordered a Disney Frozen themed birthday cake for my 3 year old granddaughter. It was amazing. My 3 year old absolutely loved it. The cake flavor was delicious, frosting was delectable. Can’t wait to order another cake for my upcoming 5 year old granddaughter.Girls were so nice, communication was spot on.I’ve tried several bakeries in neighboring towns and this is the best cake place in the surrounding area!!
