My Wife/I was in Huntsville,Arkansas to pick up my Boss had Lunch here. The server brought out food I didn't have a Tip to give her being a Retired Chef this grated on me. Stormie said that's alright not everyone can Tip. Well be eating there again & I will Double Tip. E a.

For the most part good service. I've ended up with Styrofoam in my drinks several times though from them dipping the cups directly into the ice bin to scoop up ice. I really wish they'd use the scoop provided so this doesn't continue to be an issue.

Visited here on my holiday to AR recently (from Scotland) and this was a pretty poor first Sonic experience. The burger was dry and fries were a bit cold. A real shame. the only saving grace was the French Toast Sticks which were pretty tasty. Service was friendly.

I ordered a Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger. When I started eating my burger I realized it was just a normal burger. ($3 cheaper) I drove through the drive thru to let them know my burger was wrong and asked for what I paid for. I showed them my receipt and normal cheeseburger through the window. The manager insisted I give my half eaten contaminated burger to her through the window so she could dispose of it, even though I told her I'm possible sick with covid. I voiced my concerns about not wanting germs to spread and she told me I could not have the food I paid for unless I gave her my contaminated burger. VERY UNSANITERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TERRIBLE MANAGMENT.

I worked here back in the mid-2000s, during my senior year. I actually really loved the place, although I'm sure that the staff is completely different now. Always liked the location though in the middle of that sweeping curve. Anyway, I've been there a few times in the intervening years and the service has always been perfectly acceptable, and the food is just as greasy and amazing as any other Sonic Drive-In. Good times.Vegetarian options: They have solid, and certain locations have veggie burgers. That's about it.

I came to this sonic to get a float which they do at every sonic location in most of nwa. I was rudely told no that, and they yelled at me over their speaker with no costumer service whatsoever that they won’t make it. They couldn’t even be kind enough to give me another suggestion. I’m just a regular sonic eater trying to get the food and service I like and should be given as a business.

They put the right amount of lemons in for the size! I’m so happy when they do this. Makes sweet tea just right. This location was recently remodeled and has friendly staff. They do keep the restroom locked so I had to ask them to unlock it.
Love to get our route 44s here!! Always a fast line. Staff is kind, caring, and always goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Thank you Kevin.
