If it was zero Stars I would put zero Stars. Three people there. The door is locked. Nobody answering the drive-thru. They say they close at 9:00 and the door is locked at 7:40 with three people there working. Hopefully the subway owner knows this and can address the situation

Love the sandwich no complaints on product. The complaint is waiting 20 minutes to get it after ordering thru drive thru with no one inside I'm sure the staff was working on online orders. Still 20 min. Waiting is unacceptable. When we asked about it the girl said she was training 2 people. Maybe subway needs to get better trainers.

I like to get a chopped salad from here. I came tonight and they told me they are no longer allowed to do chopped salads. For 12 dollars, I received half of a bowl of lettuce, once the vegetables were added, it still was not a 12 dollar salad. The lady working said management took their chopping bowl away. To say the least, I was very disappointed. And I waited in line for over 20 minutes while they only had 1 person working until another lady came to help her. Management/Owners really needs to assist with this place.

She was kind once she came but we waited alone inside for about 15 minutes after ringing the bell and the doorbell going off as we came in. We could hear two people talking but no one told us anything they just did not come to take our order.

Terrible costumer service came through at around 9:40 on Oct 19th only asking for 2 plastic forks. The door was locked and my boyfriend knocked on it for 3 minutes until she came to the door but she was ignoring him and he just wasn’t giving up bc it was late and we didn’t know where else to go we just wanted to eat our leftovers and needed forks. She basically begged for a big tip and a good review so obviously she wasn’t getting a good review considering how bothered she was by us. I am calling the subway hotline and making an official complaint hope your happy lady.

Today is October 4th at 9:30 pm. I said that so the manager knows who to talk to. We ordered food and ate in the parking lot. I had to use the bathroom but the doors were locked. I walked into the drive thru and asked if I could come in to use the bathroom. The girl asked “is it going to destroy my bathroom?” I said no I promise I’ll be quick I just had to pee and she says “you can pee in the grass” I get closing the store sucks but you can let someone in to use the bathroom. Terrible customer service, terrible employee.
Its kind of important to pay attention to what someone says. Ordered once at lunch time and it was fantastic! Hubby got home and said it sounded good. Went through gg the drive through due to the kiddos asleep in the car. I specifically said NO cheese. And when asked about dressing stated Mayo only. My infant has a severe dairy allergy…… i got ranched… didn't know until after i took a bite. So now i have an infant who will be screaming and crying for the next 3 days… My husband added bell pepper to his CBR, and ended up with all the veggies on the line. It was a not great surprise to have tonight.

A pretty good Subway with the exception, but it has to be the slowest one maybe ever? It doesn’t matter if I go to the drive-through or if I go in the store the associates always act like they are annoyed that there are customers there? Again a good subway they just need to pick up the pace a little bit :-)
