I have never had bad service at this Taco Bell. It is very convenient as you are heading up 412 right at the Huntsville Arkansas exit. It shares a parking lot with a gas station and convenience store so you can make one stop and get everything you need and can get right back on the road.Parking: Because of the shared area with several businesses, there is ample parking even with a large vehicle or a trailer.
Terrible food, tastes like freezer burnt, old lettuce, always out of items,dirty lobby,poor management, an the Manger drives through their drive through to "keep their time down" don't think that is allowed.

Where to begin. The seating area was a mess and hardly no tables clean, floor needed a good cleaning. I had 2 orders and got messed up. But at least the food was hot and good.
The workers were rude and unhelpful. We waited 40 minutes for a soft taco and fries.

No coffee at 12 noon. It's cold outside and we wanted a hot drink to go with lunch but the server said the coffee maker has been broken for 2 weeks. Forced us to go to McDonalds ?

This is obvious what happens when owners are not involved in their stores. Place was filthy, how can you even have cigarette butts on the floor. No soap in bathroom so obviously employees could not be washing their hands with soap. Employees where friendly enough they just needed somebody to be in charge.
