Y’all need to be doing a boil-out once a week 😭 my onion rings and bacon tater tot things taste like nothing but old oil. I had to wait about 20 minutes as well. The woman was super sweet though! Hire her some help that’ll actually help! And tell your manager or whoever was screaming at a young gentleman behind your establishment to maybe not do that. It looks bad. My burger is ice cold. Like…ice ice cold. Not even room temperature

Ordered 2 whopper combos with cheese, 1 with fries 1 with onion rings, 1 sweet tea 1 de pepper no ice - wilted soggy lettuce, sour tomato, soggy slimy onions on both whoppers and the buns were dry and crumbly, like they had been frozen and thawed about 2 or 3 times, forgot to put the fries in the bag, so we had to pull back around and ask for them, onion rings we were soggy and no crispy texture period, they were out of sweet tea and the 2 dr Pepper's tasted like cleaning solution BUT they got the no ice request correct and we know they at least dump cleaner on the fountain machine.
The lady running the drive thru was not a very polite person, if you don't like your job and make it an unappetizing visit for the customers then go work somewhere else.

I was eating here with my daughter at lunch today, when a lady and a guy walked in with a dog. The manager told her she couldn't have the dog inside. The lady said its a service dog would you like to see papers? The manager said the dog has to have a vest to be a service animal( which is not true). He needs to be informed of what the true ADA laws are before he gets himself and your company in a load of trouble.

I went through the drive through and no one answered the mic. I thought it was broken so I went inside. The lady at the counter was talking to a customer and wouldn’t even look at me or stop to take my order. No one was in the drive through or in line but me. The drive through worker was just standing there. She wouldn’t help me either. I left when the casher looked around me to say hi to someone who just walked in. Trash

I have been parked multiple time when using the drive thru. It’s really contradicts the purpose of a drive thru. They put my cold pie in the bag with hot food. By the time I got home the pie was all but melted.
The crispy chicken was crispy.... and greasy enough to saturate the bun. The fries were cold and undercooked.

Joey was a king!!! I came at 9:30 AM really needing some chicken nuggets after a hard day at work, but breakfast doesn’t start till 10:30. Joey and his Manager made sure I got my nuggets anyway. Top-tier service!

The night manager whomever he is, blatantly lied said he has Noone but him here so it'll be 25 mins for him to cook everything, there are warmers for a reason he needs to learn how to do his job!!!!!!!

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered ahead on the app, almost 20 minutes before arriving. When we got to Burger King, the girl essentially screamed through the speaker to park to wait for our food. We waited for almost another 20 minutes. When our food was finally brought to us, she shoved the bag through the window without saying a word and walked away. She needs to be fired! Extremely rude every single time. Food wasn’t right and we were missing our sauces. Will never eat here again as long as she’s working there. We will take our business elsewhere that was better food and better customer service!
