Food is all over the place. Some days its great and others its barely edible.Service is hit or miss too. Quite a few management corrections that were seen by customers that is completely inappropriate by yelling at employees simply because the management was stressed out.

Ordered a spicy chicken wrap, when we took a bite it was hard. It seems like they leave the food sitting there for HOURS. We were hungry and extremely dissatisfied with the food.

Food doesn't have much taste. Most people seemed to like wrapper sandwiches better. Food prices are a little bit too high. You may get your food less than 10 minutes.

They make you wait in line forever then make you go park so they can "bring it right out", which is a joke for "fast food." Don't come here if you have somewhere to be.

Very rude in drive thru. Try to take a minute to look at menu let the person know that and they just keep saying "How can I help, how can I help" after they kept getting louder and louder on the third time I just left.

Customer service is poor. I came here on June 8 2022 at 0800 and the woman on shift was so disrespectful. When I asked for for condiments she slammed the window after rudely saying it’s in the bag. I will not be coming here. Her behavior was disgusting.

Very disrespectful you say thank you they just shut the window, when you ask for condiments you get 1-2 packs no matter if you get a medium to large meal, early in the morning is worst. It’s been this way for years I really wish management will work on hiring individuals that want to work there every one looks like they hate it there.

It I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every single time I come here I have to wait 10 minutes at the drive through before they even greet me. Then I have to wait another 30 minutes for food because they never have anything available. I usually come in the afternoon and so it’s no during a lunch rush, there is no reason to wait this long on my food. Also the employees are rude and not helpful at all.

Honestly this Burger King is the worst around. I work night shift and I live on the base. When I get off work and try to swing by there just to grab breakfast (because I typically don't eat at work) they are closed still when there sign says they are open. The service is slow and the customer service is trash. I don't want to leave base just to grab some food before I go to bed. The one thing that really bugs me is how they say they open at 6:30 but when I go there at 7 they aren't even open. I'm honestly surprised this Burger King is still in operation

There is no telling what time this place will open or close. I feel like they just make up their own hours dependent on how they feel. Open up a McDonald's on base already and hire new staff!

I don't think we've ever had a good experience here. The staff aren't friendly and sound upset they have to be at work (no one forced you to work here). The food is usually cold, the burgers are dry and fries are stale. Today, probably the last time we will ever order at this location, we waited for 16 minutes for cold burgers and cold fries. Mind you there weren't any other customers when we pulled up and nothing about the order was difficult and no one warned us the broiler was "down", I am sure she meant they turned it off prior to closing. I would have rather tossed that money into the trash than spend it on the food we got.
