Always very tiny food portions for a high price. You can’t even get full off of it. But the food quality is not the same. They’ve changed what type of fish they use. The texture is bad and it’s dry and the taste I notice is fishy. Not the fish I remember for many years. As high as they are they can afford to sell real fish the fish they use to sell. It’s just not worth the purchase anymore. You barely get anything and you spend good money. This economy is terrible now

Me and my fiancé visited the drive-Thru the young man was very dry. Once home and settled we looked at our food and the charge a .99cent up charge for okra. If you’re gonna charge an up charge please ensure your customers are receiving the appropriate portion. Fries portion as well. I had a side of fries and a side of okra he had double fries. We can’t even give our daughter fries because he gave us the very hard end pieces and they is only a few fries. Very disappointing when you spend 27.17

Drive thru, speaker is weak and difficult to hear.order 3 piece fish and fries add clams..she upsold me some shrimp and went to the windows, paid and was delivered a bsg of food and we drove away. The fries were not fresh and hot nor were the hush puppies, there were no clam strips nor the only condiment I asked for(malt vinegar) overall a terrible experience

they young man on the front counter @ the Jacksonville Ar location needs to be remove he wanted to fight me and my wife over the food they mess up we spending our hard earn money which was lil over 53 buck and for him to wanna fight I have a big problem with that

Oh boy, hold on to your seats. I like to say anything positive I can in these, so here it is. The front of house staff was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and add ons. The walls and decor looked new. It goes steeply downhill from there. Not a single ceiling tile exists that does not have water stains and/or mold. The dining room smoke detector is dangling from the ceiling by its wires. Manager(?) working truck, back of house and front of house in sweats and fuzzy bath slippers with exposed toes. Add a 4 peice shrimp $1.99 was a great deal, until I got my luke warm shrimp. It seemed like they'd been under a warmer for a bit. Fries were luke warm and rubbery, tasting slightly like old oil, I assume they over crowded the fryer. My 4 piece fish were warmer than the shrimp, but not "hot", they were crispy. My wife's chicken was over cooked (dark brown in color) and dry. $44 seemed excessive, and about $10 more than what I had tallied in my head, until I watched the few people in the restaurant order water and go back for refills. Checked the receipt and sure enough, drinks were over $3 a peice in addition to meal cost with no way to refill except going to the counter.
Parking: Parking lot is a mixture of asphalt, concrete and holes. Difficult to get into as what you would assume was the main entrance in front of the store is the exit.
