Haven’t ate at chili’s in over 12 years for a bad experience, stop there today and lo and behold a bad experience. Ordered Diet Coke , got served Dr Pepper. Not big deal except Im diabetic. Ordered the endless chips and salsa, ran out n didn’t get anymore until after our meal came. I ordered the chicken fajita because it was advertised in two spots on the menu like it was a good meal and it was bland. Then at the end I ask the waitress for two to go boxes and when she brought only one she asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a box for my food. Pretty used to either bad service and good food or bad food and good service but bad and bad is just my experiences at chilis and at different locations. When im paying $60 for two ppl at least get one of them good lol

Ol’ reliable. Chili’s is like that nice ex girlfriend who keeps calling you back. You merely drifted apart - there was never a terrible or bad reason you stopped seeing each other. When Chili’s calls, you answer.

Our waiter Hayden was absolutely perfect. He made sure we were taken care of and happy. I asked for his opinion on a dish and he was correct about how wise of a choice it was. He also made sure we went with the lunch option so we could save money. If you get him as your waiter, you will be taking care of and leave happy.
I swing by Jacksonville Chili's every once and a while, and they always treat us with excellent service and tasty food, plus a nice, clean atmosphere for the family! Can't help but feel like the West LR Chili's is the best, though! Very close 2nd, in my opinion ;) (I SEE YOU, KYLE!)

I have been going to this Chili's location since 2005. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes great. However, since the recent menu change I have noticed a couple of things. The Smoke House Combo used to come with roasted corn on the cob (absolutely delicious). Now it is called the Rib Combo. No corn. Did the price reflect the lesser portion? No, it did not. The price stayed the same, and the amount of food you get went down. My most recent visit, I ordered the 6 piece chicken crispers. It comes with fries, mac and cheese and two dipping sauces. However, the dipping sauce cups were only filled halfway. So here I am, out of sauce with three chicken strips left. I understand that a business has to be profitable, but cutting food costs at the expense of customer satisfaction is not the best way to go about it.
1-Don’t like the price change for a small portion of cheese fries. 2- don’t like waiting at the counter for someone to come from the back to see if anyone is at the counter. 3- recommend a bell on the counter, bells on the door when it opens they can hear it or better yet, put a chili glass logo on the wall to where only they in the back can see the counter & ppp in front can’t see back there or a camera, there has been numerous times I just sat there n waited till someone come around that corner
