I swing by Jacksonville Chili's every once and a while, and they always treat us with excellent service and tasty food, plus a nice, clean atmosphere for the family! Can't help but feel like the West LR Chili's is the best, though! Very close 2nd, in my opinion ;) (I SEE YOU, KYLE!)

I have been going to this Chili's location since 2005. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes great. However, since the recent menu change I have noticed a couple of things. The Smoke House Combo used to come with roasted corn on the cob (absolutely delicious). Now it is called the Rib Combo. No corn. Did the price reflect the lesser portion? No, it did not. The price stayed the same, and the amount of food you get went down. My most recent visit, I ordered the 6 piece chicken crispers. It comes with fries, mac and cheese and two dipping sauces. However, the dipping sauce cups were only filled halfway. So here I am, out of sauce with three chicken strips left. I understand that a business has to be profitable, but cutting food costs at the expense of customer satisfaction is not the best way to go about it.

1-Don’t like the price change for a small portion of cheese fries. 2- don’t like waiting at the counter for someone to come from the back to see if anyone is at the counter. 3- recommend a bell on the counter, bells on the door when it opens they can hear it or better yet, put a chili glass logo on the wall to where only they in the back can see the counter & ppp in front can’t see back there or a camera, there has been numerous times I just sat there n waited till someone come around that corner

Chili's in Jacksonville is a standout, especially when you're looking for quality and speed. From the moment I sat down, the service was impressively fast and attentive. It felt like the staff was reading my mind; no sooner had I thought about what I wanted than it appeared, hot and fresh, on my table. The food itself was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on. If you're in Jacksonville and craving a satisfying meal without the wait, this Chili's is a must-visit.

Real life story so the rib was good on top as in going in it nothing but fat so as I’m typing in over here looking for meat because I’m hungry af and I pairs my hard working money for this but last but not least this mtfn broccoli smh hard af not done not even I little bit and I’m about to cry I’m cramping bad af and I really wanted this food frfr can I will not eat uncooked broccoli at I warm it up nd it still hard af smh I’m going to bed hungry smh I’m piss af count y’all days of being open god watching everything
