This is the worst Chili's in Arkansas. We came in and sat in the bar area. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Our drink orders were taken first. It took another 20 minutes for someone to come take our food order. We had about 5 different servers. The food was horrible. Service was pitiful. I ordered a lemon drop. I asked the bar tender why didn't I receive my drink in a margarita glass and others that ordered after me did. She said she only had 4 glasses and had to wash the four glasses. I did speak with a manager on duty to discuss my frustrations. She was apologetic after I told her that I was going to contact corporate and write a review.

Moved here from Dallas and this is by far the best Chilis I have ever experienced. Literally had not been in years. Not many places to choose from here and we popped in one day. The food was amazing drinks on point the service was fantastic and it was all smiles from the moment we arrived. Love this location oh and the tables were clean! No food under them from the previous party! Clean!! I went in last night sat alone and had drinks the lady serving my table was the sweetest

Jacksonville chili's is way better than North little rock. Worth the drive. Place smelled like fresh food. People were laughing and having a good time at the bar. Service was outstanding. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. 10-10 experience. Will be back

We were well tended to for our drinks and food delivery. Our waitress was new and guided by a great waiter.

Chili's isn't what it use to be unfortunately. The menu has changed drastically. I never get good service at this location. Servers dont bring food out. Don't check on you. They don't even have to bring you the check. Lol And it's a bit pricey for the generic food.

Service is quick and really friendly when you eat in! I’ve never had a problem here. The to-go people sometimes are missing, though, when I order out and are hard to get the attention of.
Otherwise, the servers and bartenders are always really nice:)
