Our waiter Hayden was absolutely perfect. He made sure we were taken care of and happy. I asked for his opinion on a dish and he was correct about how wise of a choice it was. He also made sure we went with the lunch option so we could save money. If you get him as your waiter, you will be taking care of and leave happy.

I swing by Jacksonville Chili's every once and a while, and they always treat us with excellent service and tasty food, plus a nice, clean atmosphere for the family! Can't help but feel like the West LR Chili's is the best, though! Very close 2nd, in my opinion ;)
