➡️MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DONUT PLACE EVER⬅️ Completely rude and unprofessional people running the business.. Was completely taken back by the lack of professionalism at this establishment.. I went to get a Boudain Kolache, because I heard they make them,was very excited to try one.. Get there ordered Kolaches and some Donuts and when I got to work i had No Boudain Kolache inside,instead had the wrong thing.. I called back thinking they would fix their mistake but instead was blamed for their mistake.. its sad that a grown man and woman can't take accountability for their mistakes and instead blames the customer Smh!! They will not fix their mistakes,they will blame you completely!! Learn to take accountability for your mistakes people !! They lost my business and complete respect!! ? I recommend going to Star House Donuts.. where their professional and give great customer service even when they make a mistake(I've heard)

I have never once in my 50 years have I ordered a long john donut with no cream in the middle. She said I should have asked for it, how do I know to ask for it when I never ordered one from them before. She sure didn't asked me about. Make sure to ask if you order a long john and expect cream in it. Now when I go to other donut shops I won't order a long john afraid their as stupid as daylight donuts.

I don't eat donuts very often, but these two are the hardest working people I know! Always smiling and happy to see me even when they are slammed! They may not know your name, but they remember your face and greet you like an old friend. I'm a stickler for good customer service and they have it! They're honest, hardworking people trying to live the American dream (legally). I have a lot of respect for them.
I go every day for breakfast. The ham and cheese kolache are served fresh and warm! He sells out multiple times a day and just makes more! They work 7 days a week to support their families and I've never heard a complaint. Only a thank you!They even made my Daughter special sprinkles for her birthday.Very thoughtful people!
The lady didn't really seem like she wanted to be there and gave off the vibe as I was a bother to even order. I'd rather get donuts, breakfast sandwiches or donut holes at the one in gravel ridge ar. They are awesome,polite and better attitude, I don't think I'll go back to the one in Jacksonville. Definitely lost me and my family as customers.

Multiple times this week I have been tasked with getting morning donuts for work. Multiple times I have pulled up to this donut shop at 5:15-5:30 am and they're not open when they claim to open at 5 this is ridiculous change your hours if you're not actually open
