I don't eat donuts very often, but these two are the hardest working people I know! Always smiling and happy to see me even when they are slammed! They may not know your name, but they remember your face and greet you like an old friend. I'm a stickler for good customer service and they have it! They're honest, hardworking people trying to live the American dream (legally). I have a lot of respect for them.
I go every day for breakfast. The ham and cheese kolache are served fresh and warm! He sells out multiple times a day and just makes more! They work 7 days a week to support their families and I've never heard a complaint. Only a thank you!They even made my Daughter special sprinkles for her birthday.Very thoughtful people!

The lady didn't really seem like she wanted to be there and gave off the vibe as I was a bother to even order. I'd rather get donuts, breakfast sandwiches or donut holes at the one in gravel ridge ar. They are awesome,polite and better attitude, I don't think I'll go back to the one in Jacksonville. Definitely lost me and my family as customers.

Multiple times this week I have been tasked with getting morning donuts for work. Multiple times I have pulled up to this donut shop at 5:15-5:30 am and they're not open when they claim to open at 5 this is ridiculous change your hours if you're not actually open

I thoroughly enjoy this place right here in Jacksonville. They honor veterans and the food is handled with care and to the satisfaction of the customer. They call me, "Mr. Smiley," but when you're Kingdom or Nothing, what is there not to smile about? The sausage and biscuits are great! The egg croisant sandwiches are the best and seasoned to perfection. I try to make it a point, whenever I'm off, to treat myself to a good breakfast. My mother loves their cinnamon twists, and she can get as many as she likes.
